Bottom line: they meet the legal definition of a fraudulent company.
We were sent dead flowers and we were not refunded as they said the flowers had been 鈥榙elivered鈥?
Basically they stole $700 from us.

With the bunches direct freesias, I expected a similar situation: flowers not yet blooming and with colors similar to what was shown on the website. Instead, what arrive were freesias that were practically white with the exception of some faint color….pale pink and pale purple vs. a bold pink and bold purple that was advertised in the online pictures. I realize that flower color can vary and that there is a disclaimer on the website stating this, but had I known that the colors would be THAT light colored, I would not have bothered to order white freesias in addition to the pink and purple!!! On top of that, the few flowers that had already begun blooming were crispy and appeared dried up. These flowers ultimately went into small vases used as decorations in the chapel for our intimate wedding. We ended up adding grocery store flowers to the freesias to make the bouquets look better and those flowers were only a fraction of the cost of the bunches direct flowers. (Kinda sad!) Additionally, the closed freesia flower buds never really bloomed over the course of the week like the freesia bouquet my parents received from the other company.
While I would possibly consider ordering from this company in the future, I cant say I would recommend Bunches Direct to someone else. I would probably have them use the other online company that has historically given me quality flowers.
