Here I am a month out rope customer service three times asking for tracking number all three times they said my bumper has been sent out still haven't gotten it tried calling their customer service three separate times at an hour and a half each call with no one getting on a phone with me this is highly ridiculous especially when you spend thousands at a store

Well I ordered a part from them waited a month and then I try to call on hold for 45 minutes then they closed and hung up. The first time then call back again for 45 minutes got someone this time he said he will call me back nope didn't still no part and now I am done with this store never again so be careful ordering if they don't have it you might not get it cause they don't follow up

I purchased a bumper for my GMC truck. After purchasing customer service said that it would cost an additional $150 for shipping. They sent me the disclaimer but it did not apply to my location. I am in a major city in Florida. This company鈥榮 business practices are fraudulent. By elsewhere.

Spent thousands of dollars on a bumper and accessories only to get the wrong item, for the wrong vehicle and none of the accessories. Been waiting for over a week to get return information to have this corrected and getting nothing. Called at least a dozen times, voicemail boxes are full and sat on hold for hours. Very frustrating considering the amount of money I've spent. This won't happen again, I'll go somewhere else.

Bumper Super Store, worst company I have ever felt with, they sent the wrong bumper and then I tried calling and emailing for over a month with no response to my calls or emails. If Matt does not respond I will be following up with a lawsuit! This company doesn't deserve a rating but it looks like I'll have to give one star to get my review in! One pisted off customer!

Called sales to purchase a frontier bumper for my 1 ton pickup. I was told bumper was in stock and I gave them payment. Called every week for 3 weeks for update on shipping. Kept being told bumper would be shippped and they still had them in stock. Week 4 customer service emails and tells me bumper is not in stock and cancels my order. Tried calling customer service but all calls lead to a full voicemail box. Won't be using bumper superstore in the future.

I ordered two products from this company (a bumper and a winch). They never had the bumper and the winch arrived broken. A month has passed and I still don't have my money, they don't answer the phone or return calls. Will file in small claims court to get my $3400. 00 bucks back. Run, RUN fromthese crooks!

This company will lie and scam you. They will claim an item is in stock and will ship the day of order. Several days later no order confirmation or shipping. Called to cancel was told it was canceled and would be a week to refund. No refund and they shipped the item a week after cancelation when item was ordered elsewhere. Will not refund payment despite 2 confirmations that order was canceled. They are also extremely hard to reach. This is not a reputable or honest company. Sales guy wasnt even in the same State.

After a phone call to verify if item was in stock and estimated shipping time I was assured the item was in stock at supplier and would ship next day after order placed. Person I spoke to assured me the order would come by his desk and he would make sure it was placed. No problem… right. Short version is I leave in 3 days for 5 months without the item needed for this trip. Appears Bumper Superstore is good at taking orders and money but short on placing the orders with there supplier.

I attempted to order a track bar from this company the advertisement said in stock ships within 2 to 3 days, when i submitted credit card info and completed order the shipping time turned into 3 to 4 weeks, i called and got nothing but automated voice leave a message boxes. I then sent a rather negative email but still completing order, again no response, its company's like this that keep others thriving, customer service= 0

Very disappointed on my order. I ordered the body amor bumper with lights and didn't get my lights in until a month or so later. Never told me the lights were on back order until 2 weeks after getting the bumper. And when I were suggested a different set of lights they then said I can't get it so why suggest if they knew they weren't gonna send them to me? Never ordering here again. Communication was horrible

I ordered(gave my money) 9/6/2020. Today is 9/15/2020 and my product hasn't shipped. Every time I've contacted customer service they apologize and say they'll look into it. A week has passed where my money is spent and for it to not even be in transit is unacceptable, not to mention any ownership of their actions. Very disappointed

Review update. Almost three weeks after ordering my rock sliders they finally arrived. Went to put them on and they don't fit flush. Took pictures, emailed and called. They said they'd get back to me. One week later and not a single reply. I've emailed twice again with the original attached, no reply. Absolute worst customer service and waste of money ever…

Crappy website at checkout. I almost went elsewhere because of the checkout. Plus your terms suck. I did save $100 but it is almost not worth it. A reasonable restocking fee, and a reasonable guarantee of delivery time would make my shopping experience GREAT. As it was, it was barely adequate since I have no idea if, or when the product will ship.

Your website wouldn't accept my payment by card that is good. Your website said info I provided was incorrect. I checked and resubmitted three times. No problem on my end and I despise PAY [Pal because they support violent racist and Fascist domestic terrorists who are burning our cities and murdering Americans. I only still had my PP account because I haven't got around to closing it. I don't conduct business with traitors.

Love the bumper but as you know the older dodge truck is always fighting engine cooling when towing, On this bumper I removed 6 inches of material on each side to allow air flow to the radiator Also to the transmission cooler, at 63 mph hitting a deer or a horse or mouse I'm thinking we will be ok this bumper is well built

I ordered bumpers and they kept getting delayed, front bumper arrived with a scratch all the way across the front. And shipping company scratched it as well unloading. Tried to contact customer service and had no luck. Decent quality bumpers, products were as described. Although I would not do business with BSS again!

I tried to buy the Bodyguard 5% discount but did not checkout in time (midnight at end of the month). The next day when I tried to complete the purchase the price went up $200. I called to see if the store would still apply a 5% discount, which the sales manager did. I wish the previous price was still honored but at least I got some discount.

I was very disappointed to find that, after paying $600 shipping to get this bumper shipped to Alaska, it was not the bumper that was pictured (the picture was of a solid bumper, with welded seams). Had I known that it was not a solid bumper, I would not have bought it for this particular vehicle, nor would I have paid so much for it. There were many cheaper ones that I passed up for this one because I wanted a solid bumper

It took 8 weeks to receive my bumper and only after I complained and asked for a refund, ordered it raw so I could paint to match, took 15 hrs of cleaning up welds and grinder markes to be able to paint then to top it off i got a $145 bill from fedex for liftgate delivery! Had i been told the would be a charge i would have had it delivered to one of my 3 options with forklifts! Your customer service is the worst and I promise to NEVER purchase or recommend your company!

I purchased an Iron Cross Bumper and tire carrier for a customers jeep, The parts arrived quickly, we scheduled the jeep in an when we attempted to install the bumper the wrong bracket were sent with the bumper, we ordered it for a JK and the brackets were for a JL. I called customer service and talked to Cody no call back or any follow up email, now my customer is mad at me so I guess we will fabricate brackets and move on. Its stinks we do a lot of this work and thought I found a new supplier, but no way!
