Great customer service and cases. They only work with schools and districts so if any issues occur, the administration should contact them. We have only had success with our cases and the reps we work with.

Great company with great customer service. They respond to your emails and concerns in a timely manner and are very professional. Some people only focus on the negatives, but they use high quality materials to make their cases unlike some other competitors on the market. They have always replaced any cases that I have had issue with almost immediately. Thanks Bump Armor!

My daughter and I were excited that her school finally was giving Chromebooks to the students. She was issued the HP G4 Chromebook along with a bump armor (according the site) RSP case. The case was supposed to Chromebook as my daughter travelled back and forth to school. However I noticed that the thread began to fray almost immediately, within the month the pocket began to completely fall apart.
I tried to contact the school, but they said to contact Bump Armor. I tried their site, but there is no contact info listed, no phone, no email and no address鈥?Who are these guys? Someone in the school must have been paid off.
I gave up trying to get an answer, so I was forced to buy a new case, shame on you Bump Armor.

Our district was looking for to protect our Dell 3120 Chromebook, so we came upon Bump Armor. We filled out the contact form, and a rep immediately contacted me. She was very pushy, said they could give us a great price and they have great products, but I had to pay for the samples. I found that odd, since other manufacturers sent their samples free of charge. Their price was really cheap, so we ordered product samples. We are an impoverished district, their cases were the lowest price and the quality was decent, but not the best in protection.

We ordered 175 of their Stay-in laptop case. It took them two months to deliver, when they promised in 30 days, the cases were supposed to have the schools name in it. On day 50 the rep emails me saying there has been a glitch and they can鈥檛 put our names on it, we were crunched on time she talked us taking the cases with our name on it.

Needless to say the board was less than happy and of course they blamed me. I will never trust Bump Armor again.

BUMP ARMOR SCHOOL CASES QUALITY PROBLEMS, BROKEN ZIPPER, CANT CONTACT

We were provided the Bump Armor CB Slim Hard Shell case by Nevada school system. They promised it would protect my son鈥檚 Chromebook, but within a week the zipper started to stick, within a month the zipper broke and my son stopped using the case. I tried to reach them on the bumparmor.com, but they have NO PHONE, NO ADDRESS and NO EMAIL. . I reached out on Facebook and no response, terrible customer service, seems they just don鈥檛 care about the kids. I had to purchase, out of my own pocket, another Chromebook case. I reached out on
