www.bulletproof-it dawt com has -THE WORST- customer service.

Was sent a body armor plate, completely broken in half. They told me to take UPS to court for it, it's not their problem.

Then I hear A LOT of people have had this happen- go to any gun forum and mention Bulletproof-it and they'll tell you yourself bulletproof-it.com is a legitimate scam, they buy the junk from other companies and sell it for higher prices.

the worse company in the world, ordered a product read reviews and realized this company has violations regarding quality go to consumer labs web site. tried to cancel 3 minutes after ordering impossible to do, no way to contact them. Stay away from them, will be throwing products out, they do not accept returns.

Ordered Sleep mode product in December. Product had bad side affects for me and stopped taking it. Lucky for me that I ordered through Amazon and paid with that credit card. When emailing the company, Vivian claimed my order could not be located, even after providing order numbers from my credit statement and from Amazon directly. None of Vivian's emails addressed the fact that I reacted to their product, nor did she direct me to their medical reporting department. Even if you report a reaction, there is no response or restitution. After 3 weeks, Vivian still cannot locate any information regarding my order, stating repeatedly that she is trying to help. I completely disagree. There is no phone number to call at Bulletproof so I filed a dispute with both my credit card company and with Amazon. In less than a week, Amazon solved this problem and has issued a refund. I've been a consistent customer of their collagen protein product for the past 2 years. The lack of company integrity and poor customer service is cause enough for me to seek another company and product.

I've been a happy bulletproof customer for years; however, they have now shut down their telephone customer service department. You can email; however, you cannot speak to a person. I am having trouble with my subscriptions and it has been two weeks of back and forth emails and still my subscription will not ship. What kind of customer service is that?

I ordered two bottles of MCT on Saturday and sent them an email on Sunday request it be canceled. Received an email back from Bulletproof (Taylor) can not cancel order once confirmed? You can't order anything without confirming it at the time of the order. I called my Visa Card and was told I could summit a dispute, but when we looked at the account I had not been billed, I will wait until I'm billed, then summit the dispute. I also replied back to Bulletproof this info and I will return these items.

I'm so bummed! I ordered a vibe plate in Nov, finally got it a month later but IT WAS DEFECTIVE. it had obviously been dropped BEFORE shipping. I was offered a care package by Jeremy Bowe, which came unusable w all the capsules exploded . Two months later I have a new plate only upon my insistance, as they wanted to send me a replacement part for me to replace. THIS IS NOT A CHEAP PRODUCT FOLKS! And it's not easy for a 60 yr old to repack and send off! They've forgotten about replacing my care pkg. What the crap! I had trusted in this co. Now I'm not so sure.

i dont usually leave reviews for even good companies but this one is beyond poor. The blog site takes you to the .com shop anyway so there is no difference to who I am reviewing. I ordered 拢85 of products from them and paid UPS shipping fees on top. After some days I received an email from UPS advising me that they needed me to pay over 拢62 in duty, VAT and fees before they would release the goods. I contacted Bulletproof three times over 3 days and all I got back was "are you willing to pay the Tax," to which I replied yes I am happy to pay VAT on the shipment which amounted to no more than 拢17 based on the value of the goods. After another day of waiting UPS turned up and demanded the fees, so I refused the delivery. I still have no confirmation of when I am getting a refund, but I would question why the company would over state the value of goods in the first place… AVOID!

I'm a Naturopathic Doctor from Switzerland. I've had many accounts with all different kinds of supplement companies. Such as Metagenics, Designs for Health, Pure Encapsulations etc.
I've never had any unpleasant experienced with any of these but
it's different with Bulletproof. More than once I had a duplicate order and wasn't able to cancel. When trying to reach customer service, it's almost impossible for health professionals since you're not allowed to chat and the phone is never being answered. They will respond after 24h via email but never able to resolve the issue. It's been a very frustrating experience for almost two years. Also, wholesale prices for health professionals are almost the same as Amazon. Plus additional shipping cost for wholesale.
Subscriptions aren't possible.
I hardly ever leave any feedback, especially, not negative ones, but I don't want other health professionals to go through the same experience when signing up to being able to offer their products to their patients in their office.

I usually just get the oils. Everything else can be found much cheaper somewhere else. Never had any problems. However, when I see Dave on video always trying to hock his wares, it makes me a little wary. But all in all, cheapest c-8 MCT/quantity.

There was an option to cancel or edit an order.

I accidently put the wrong address in and immediately canceled the order within the system. I also wrote to them to cancel it. I was then told that it was impossible to cancel the order as there is no grace period to do this…. despite there being options to do so.

This is frankly mind boggling and I have now wasted 拢20 for a spelling error. I have never ever had this before from a company. And it will definitely be the last time I buy anything from this company.

I'm getting my MBA and the bulletproof products and health program have allowed me to be focused in class… And even after being social the night before.

All the products are high quality. When I've tried other products I ended up coming back to bulletproof because they seem to work better.

It's always fun to hear what Dave Asprey is trying to increase his abilities.

A Bulletproof product I purchased through a retailer was faulty – the cap leaked expensive oil everywhere – so I complained straight to bulletproofexec.com as it's a design fault. The same had happened to me 2 years ago ordering a similar product from them but I put it down to a one-off. The first customer service rep acknowledged there is a fault they know about (though they clearly haven't fixed it in at least 2 years!), the next person I dealt with promised to reply within a week, usually 48 hours but then I got no contact for 5 entire weeks, I was then repeatedly fobbed off, denied what the first rep had told me, told there is no issue with the bottles, told they're 'not designed for travelling with' and all sorts of other BS.
I asked tentatively on the forums if anyone else has had problems with leaking bottles – post immediately removed by moderators Lovely open policy there. Several other posts questioning what happened were also deleted. Disgusted by their moderation of simple questions about faulty products, and their incredible denial of responsibility for a fault their (expensive premium) products have had for a minimum of 2 years.

I listen about this cause a friend of the office. I received their combo in the mail 2 weeks ago. Before I tried this super coffee and was never available to take a coffee early in the morning cause this means diarrhea to me ! . Anyway, since I am buying this now popular breakfast, it did not cause me this trouble.

I've purchased a variety of products from them – from protein powder to sleep mats. Quality of products has always been great (although pricey) and their service is very good. Recent order was backordered and they sent me a free box of protein bars as a way to say "sorry". Great info/resources as well.

I would highly recommend bulletproof exec products. I ordered the coffee and the brain octane oil. They really work. I think it is a great mission what those guys are up to. I will be ordering more soon.
