i鈥檝e had an unfortunate experience with these guys read the small print because you are taking out a loan for their services , or lack of through a 3rd party omni capital who in turn use a 4th party go card less to take your cash my alarm went off no one showed
when i called after a couple of hours they said we are sorry we were changing shifts!!!
anyway after soon after that the system stopped working altogether so i stopped my
payments that鈥檚 the first time i realised i had a loan well omni kept harassing me got payment ive finally taken advise and paid the amount they demanded just over 2k but only
or the stress caused to my wife the outcome
to date is i have paid a large sum of money for absolutely nothing apart from the deterioration of my wife鈥檚 wellbeing i shall be perusing all involved through the courts in the near future and have already enlisted a so-called media expert should need to share my experience

Just had an appointment. Booked via cold calling. Didnt check them out until now. I didnt buy as want to shop around.
They were not pushy and for what you get it seems good. Ill update back if I decide to go ahead.

Firstly, let me say this is not a review on the actual product. This review is regarding a telephone conversation due to wanting to opt out of the agreement.
My mum had received a cold call from this company and accepted a visit the following day. I arrived just after the salesman had left, my mum was doubting her decision because of the monthly cost and the duration of 5 years (she lives on a state pension). I asked her if she wanted to cancel it and she said yes. I contacted my siblings to get their thoughts, they agreed with her, so at her request I said I would phone and cancel the agreement (14 day cooling off period). I phoned and spoke to a really nice guy who said no problem in cancelling the agreement.
Approximately 10 minutes later, my mum received a phone call from a manager called *****(I do know his name), he asked to speak to myself, the conversation started off okay (he spoke about the advantages of the security they offered). I explained that as a family we would put an alternative in place as my mum was worried about the monthly repayments. He immediately dismissed this idea and said it wasn't adequate. He then became rather pushy and finally rude, I tried to end the conversation several times, however he then went on to imply that I had took the decision out of my mums hands and that she was in full control of her finances and decision making, which I found very insulting. I told him he could speak to my mum and she would confirm her decision, which she did.
This whole experience left my family and myself, with a very negative view regarding the actual professionalism of this company and especially those in charge.

Been with Bulldog 5 years. Just renewed for another 5.
Had to use my panic button once when i had a turn. Had 2 men round within 10 minutes. Helped me and made me feel so much better.
Serviced every year and no issues. Very happy.

just received a call from Bulldog Security ltd….the guy was extremely pushy on the phone didn't give me chance to speak. very unnerving kept insisting on coming to see me and asking if I would be at home. I told him that the manner in which he was doing his cold call telephone sales would be upsetting to an older person who would inevitably give in to his constant demands for an appointment. suggest Bulldog invest in some re-training of their telephone sales team.

Fantastic product. The engineer was friendly and did a brilliant job with the installation, explaining everything along the way! Feel safe and secure in the knowledge my house will be safe when we are not in!

I have a Bulldog Security monitored system which was installed 4 years ago and both the system and the service have been very good. I was sold the system on a 5 year agreement with guarantees that the ongoing renewal charges after that time would remain unchanged. However Bulldog Security are currently trying to renew contracts after only 4 years and I received a visit from them at which I was unexpectedly given a hard sell to renew immediately and not to wait until the end of my contract. Despite initially resisting, I eventually agreed and was given a new agreement and new guarantee documents. It was only after the salesman had left taking my original guarantees with him that I realised their real motive for doing this was to take back those original guarantees and replace them with less favouable ones without mention of ongoing costs. In my view these underhand tactics are not what I expect from a reputable security company so if you are looking for a security alarm please be warned and if you are approached to renew your contract early, check the original guarantees carefully before parting with them because once they have gone, you will never see them again and you may lose out as I did, be warned!
