Its not hard to give good customer service… if you're saying you will do something follow it up and actually do it. If you're going to offer guarantee service and then not deliver you better fix it asap and not have your customer spending days and days /hours on hours to get a solution. still waiting for a final email confirmation…….

My husband let the cleaners in this morning & they inspected the townhouse together – appeared to be no problems so husband left them there. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the company. They had received a phone call from the 2 cleaners at the property who had said it will cost $80 more because of the condition of the oven & the wall marks. I asked how that was possible when the oven only had a lot of crumbs inside & needed little more than a wipe out & the there was only minimal grease on the glass door (I have a clear photo of it, which shows precisely that). The wall marks were what would be expected during a normal clean & easily removed with a bit of sugar soap – no difficult stains or large stains. I reminded the company that most cleaning had been completed so didn't understand why there was to be an $80 'upgrade' that we needed to pay. He said, so we could be '100% satisfied'. Of what? That we'd been scammed out of another $80? He also wanted payment in full BEFORE the job commenced, despite the fact that their T+C clearly stated that it was payment in full at COMPLETION of service.
So after a ridiculous 30 minute conversation with this company over the phone and since the cleaners had not begun work, I told him, cancel it, refund my deposit – never want to deal with a company with such questionable business practices again. $450 is a rort for the work that needed to be done.
After now reading reviews of the company and seeing photos from other dissatisfied customers, I strongly feel that I made the right decision in rejecting this company. Our cleaning now looks brilliant compared to how their company cleans.
I would never use Bull 18 Cleaning (which has now changed its name to 365 cleaning due to the number of abysmal reviews they've received). ABN look up shows they changed their name on 14th April this year – explains why I couldn't find any reviews under their new name. Shameful company – needs to be deregistered. Despite a guarantee that they would refund my deposit within 2 days, they failed to do so.

Under quoted on a end of lease clean, and upon arrival, cleaners advised that the quote is void. I had left the cleaners alone in the property as they organised for a new quote.
A further $200 was quoted, half the cost of the initial quote! I decided against the clean and in arriving back home discovered the cleaners had damaged the property. I attempted to get cost of damages reimbursed but had no positive response.
Based on this experience (and other reviews), Bull18 under quotes to secure jobs, exploiting consumers on tight deadlines (time constrained to get their property cleaned and vacated) to adjust quotes upwards to make extra money. If this does not go to plan, cleaners destroy property to get back at innocent consumers.

We called the head office several times to try and rectify the issue however they would not help us nor take the situation seriously.
I recommend using these cleaners if you would like to pay more than double their competitors and have your property broken.

I was extremely disappointed with my bull 18 service and I would not recommend to anyone. This was for a few reasons.
Firstly the cleaners were incredibly slow – they told us the job would take 3-4 hours and in total it took over 7 hours. They also told me to come back as they had 30 minutes to go, when we arrived back at the property 40 minutes after the text they then proceeded to clean for another hour.
In addition I was screwed over by Marshall – during our phone conversation we spoke about including external windows at no extra cost (you can listen to the recordings your customer service team tell me you have!!) he did not list this on the booking and when the cleaners arrived they therefore said it was out of scope. I then had to spend half an hour trying to sort out with your customer service team and got charged for this. I would like a full refund of the extra external window cleaning fee as Marshall was incredibly misleading and very deceptive by not including this in the job based on the conversation we had.
On top of that when the cleaners had 'finished' we had to point out all the areas that were not complete – despite paying extra for the external windows they had only done the bottom half! They had also not washed the splashback and there were multiple other things we had to point out that were not done to satisfaction.
To make matters worse we then failed our final inspection due to the standard of cleanliness. After spending way too long on the phone to a terrible customer service team I gave up after being told there was no guarantee they could come back the next day and would only come back if I provided photos of a property I no longer had access to.
We went back ourselves and were shocked to discover even more how shocking the job was. The shower was mouldy. The benches hadn鈥檛 been wiped down. There was dust on ever windowsill. The carpets were steam cleaned but not vacuumed which just baked in the dust.
These guys are con artists who invest only in T&Cs so no matter what you can鈥檛 get what you paid for

This company is an absolute sham. We hired them for an end of lease clean with bond back guarantee, they came around to the house spent a few hours (this is a 5 bedroom house, 2 living rooms, store room, garage, kitchen and 3 bathrooms) they basically did absolutely nothing. There was dust left everywhere, cupboards not cleaned, floors not cleaned, whole areas of the house not cleaned. Walls had Marks all over them. Skirting boards absolutely full of dust, wall full of dust, the list goes on. We call them numerous times, we wanted a refund as we knew the job would not be done correctly the 2nd time, they insisted on sending the same cleaners back. Guess what the 2nd time they came nothing had been done. We have called excess of 20 times and keep getting the run around, completely disregarding an mention of a refund. We got hold if them tonight and guess what the manager is in a meeting at 7pm at night again and can't speak. The incompetent woman on the phone basically says she can't do anything as she is not authorised and said the customer service team cannot speak to customers anymore. I'm absolutely baffled by this place, it is a farce of a company. The cleaners are not professional, the customer service is non existent, the staff are rude and uncaring. I have never cone across a company as bad as this. They have no idea how to clean, let alone clean to the standard of an end of lease clean. We are going to the ombudsman and lodging a charge back for this joke of a company. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT COSTS MORE, YOU WILL NOT GET A PROPER CLEAN, SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE STRESSED OUT TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS PLACE. I know the company will reply with a generic message, it really shows their customer service or lack of it. Well bull18 you messed with the wrong guy. I will get my money back and you will be reported to the ombudsman. You should be closed down for ripping people off. You absolute disgraceful human beings. **Dismal, poor customer service
**Not reliable or punctual (Did a no show the day of my cleaning, provided no explanation, showed up late the next day) I had to call back around 5-6 times to rectify, each time speaking to a different representative, they hung up on me twice.
**I didn鈥檛 need this added stress when I was moving, not even apologetic or offered a discount for inconvenience. The explanation was that the cleaners had a car accident, I said not to be insensitive but that simply isn鈥檛 my problem, send another team (which they couldn鈥檛). By the time they called me it was too late for me to organise someone else in the afternoon. Thanks for that! Just what I needed.
** As soon as the cleaners (did show up late the next day), the company had the audacity to call me straight away to get payment but couldn鈥檛 provide me the courtesy to let me know they weren鈥檛 coming the day before! So unprofessional and plain RUDE.
**Cleaners aren鈥檛 professional cleaners鈥?they do not clean! Their attitudes stink much like their body odour.
**My balcony was simply swept, not cleaned, floor not washed, nor did the glass balustrades wiped down or windows cleaned (I paid extra for a service they didn鈥檛 complete) cleaning standards are below POOR. The cooktop wasn鈥檛 even wiped properly, floor not cleaned properly, marks on walls not removed. It needed another clean, after they finished!
** Don鈥檛 waste your time, energy or money they are LIARS & SCAM ARTISTS. THE CLEANERS obviously aren鈥檛 trained, amateur at best. Customer service鈥?is POOR.
** I paid $300 for a one bedroom apartment final lease clean, only to be told by my agent it鈥檚 only partially plausible as areas like the balcony and oven have been missed. Attention to detail just isn鈥檛 there.
** THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE 100% FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE PROBABLY WRITTEN BY STAFF OR FAKE CLIENTS TO DRUM UP BUSINESS. PLEASE READ ALL THE REAL REVIEWS WHICH ARE 1 STAR OR LESS.

The agent gave us a very reasonable deadline to have the cleaner return by, we called and called and emailed and emailed but the company failed to respond in time.
As such we needed to pay for a second company to complete the clean.
They have thus far ignored our requests to reimburse us for these additional cleaning costs we were forced to pay.
Please do not hire this company and reward them with your business, they will disappoint you.

I am dealing with the exact same problem as everyone who has provided 1 star rating.
They are horrible people. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They are cleaners who don't clean!! They will promise you a service which they will NOT provide. Do yourself a favour and read all the 1 star ratings as we are all saying the exact same thing from all different states. I don't believe their 5 star ratings. Its FAKE!!!
I have given them 5 days notice to get back to me re: full refund before I lodge a complaint about this company to Office of Fair Trading, Queensland and ACCC.
Anyone who has fallened into this trap, please contact your local office of fair trading and/or ACCC and use your social media. We should not have companies like this operating in Australia.
