Unfortunately, the same thing happened again, AFTER i had updated the address and confirmed to them. I contacted them and they would ship again, same thing happened. And again. On the 4. try, I recieved it.
Then I ordered some more, and same problem again. Package returned due to "wrong address". I contacted them and they say theyll refund me, but no explanation or any attempt at making it right.
Only thing saving them from 1 star, is pleasant and fast customer support, and that I had one successful order back in the day (which I also awarded with great ratings).
Never again.

So far I have been confirmed both by my tracking receipt as well as on the phone by Bulkpowders, that my returned order has arrived quite a while ago at your 'return address'.
And via email correspondence with Bulkpowders, I have been told, that before the processing of the refund for my returned order can take place, then my returned order has to get '… logged onto the system' first, and that once it is '… logged onto the system' the processing of my refund can start, which can take up to 10 working days upon the initiation of the refund.
Therefore, PLEASE, I'd like to know HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE BEFORE MY RETURNED ORDER WILL BE 'LOGGED ONTO YOUR SYSTEM', so I know when I can expect my refund of money and points that I used on this returned order? It's been more than a MONTH now, since you should have received my returned order, let alone that this ENTIRE process started in the beginning of APRIL!
This is OUTRAGEOUS! Sorry, but I am getting quite frustrated and impatient now, having had to wait for so long, and make so many phonecalls to your office in both Denmark and England, as well as ALL the TIME I've had to spend, sending you emails about the entire situation since nothing has happened upon reaching out to you time and again. This is pretty unbelievable.

This is the second time Bulkpowders decides to send an incomplete order because they don't have their inventory under control. If they can't send the full order then they should always cancel the order and ask the customer if they want to order anyways. But no, Bulkpowders simply sends whatever they have in stock and leaves the customer no choice but to pay for it. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WASN'T GOING TO RECEIVE MY FULL ORDER. Now I have to pay for delivery twice. I never had this problem with MyProtein…

Bulkpowders wrongly listed an item on their website as "in stock" and notified me after paying that they were in fact out of stock. Of course, mistakes happen. I therefore requested that they could simply send the missing item to me when back in stock. They denied with no explanation and told me that they would instead refund the missing item and send the rest of the items in my order. This leaves me no choice but to make a new order with an additional delivery charge and no discount since the code has expired. Ridiculously stupid customer service.

This is more a criticism of the product than Buk Powders who delivered the item OK. But for heck, you can't sell gelatin capsules so thin that when you try to separate them, they just fold together. They are not only bad, they are TOTALLY useless. Keep away from their empty gelatin capsules.

25. dec (afternoon) i order, as suggested they send it out the following day 17:00 ca.
January the 3rd, and they are still fumbling around with package in a German Warehouse.
Today: 5th of January (morning) my package has not been received, but is in Denmark – not exactly a 2-3 day delivery.
The interesting thing is a dumbbell (30 kg) I ordered the 1st of January from Germany I get 2 days later at the 3rd. – hence why I do not sympathize with the holidays waiting time etc.
The slow handling compounded with me not being able to adjust my order and the referral program (a friend suggesting them for noots after buying L-theanine, Tyrosine etc. from MP) not working leaves something to be desired.
Did my first order with a competitor of theirs(MP) on black Friday a busy time, but still, they managed to send it off with due haste.
I can only hope the Choline and other products are as pure as they claim, but their word does not hold much merit.
Kindly I would suggest you look into supplying alpha-GPC and citicoline.
