I placed a stagelight order of more than 60 lamps.
We relamped the fixtures, after an hour 1 lamp failed. I called a week later and explained my issue. They asked for my invoice number, I was driving so this was impossible. They asked for my name, she found it. I asked her if I had to send back the defective one. She told me no worries " I will get one out the door today"!, I normally do not write a review, but this is the exception. I told her this was the typical reply I would get from my normal stage supplier. As promised, 3 days later I had the replacement and delivered it to my customer. Totally happy. They have my business. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

All of my bulbs were broken that I purchased no one called me to offer me another order they just emailed me to say I'll get a full refund

I just barely ordered 2 OEM bulbs for my projector and it was easy. I expect the bulbs to arrive in less than a week. Fed ex ground. Reasonable shipping rates OEM bulbs should work perfectly And last for years. I read other reviews for Bulb America, and expect great service from Bulb America!

Clean and informative search pages allowed me to more easily find the exact bulbs to choose from. A bit annoying that some listings of similar bulbs have certain specs listed while others don't.

I need an itemized invoice or receipt from Bulbs of America. I am required to keep matching records with my credit card charges. The Google shopping form is not enough. Other than that I'm happy with the purchase. I just need something that lists the items, the tax and the shipping with the Bulbs America logo.

My purchase last month (during our NYC corona virus quarantine) arrived quickly, was well packed, and all the bulbs were intact. This prompted me to order other bulbs for other fixtures.

Actually, it all went very smoothly. Bulbamerica kept me informed through the entire process and delivered the bulbs in a timely manner. The only downside was the high shipping cost.
