Now, the customer service don't reply to my mails and I don't know what will happen with my money.
It's a very bad company and I don't recommend anyone to buy from it.

Unprofessional: instead of handling our order, they are now blaming the delivery firm and are telling us to sort it out. The tracing number they give also doesn鈥檛 work

I spent the next two weeks waiting and being told "it's coming soon" (but only in response when I asked them). After being told "it might come at the end of this week or beginning of next" for the third time, enough was enough. I desperately needed the sink to complete my renovation. But, I was told that there was no way of having the item sent quicker and that there was nothing more they could do.
I called the supplier and arranged that they send it to me next day via express delivery.
Paying for the delivery was the least Buildor could do, at this point, which they did. I quite literally did their job for them.
Somehow it escaped them that the solution to a massive delay and an urgent need for the item, was to arrange a quicker delivery.
Customer service was worse than useless. Phone queues took 30-60 minutes. They do respond in the end, and were responsive via the online email form. However, they never provided any useful information or solutions. I never once received an explanation for what caused the delay and I never knew when I would receive the item until I took matters into my own hands.

i just recently ordered an item on Buildor.se, and was expecting delivery in "4-5" days.
This was the order #10297. I placed the order 2015-04-24.
after 8 days i emailed you guys about delivery, since I had not received the item.
You emailed me back that you would get in touch with the supplier and then let me know.
10 days later i realised that the item was already delivered and waiting for pickup at the DHL outlet in town. your email suggested that I had been sent an sms regarding delivery/pickup; which I did not get.
Poor customer service I say.
unfortunately I was supposed to use it (and demonstrate it) on the weekend for a family bbq, which I could not do so.
in any case my opinion is that if you advertise 4-5 days for delivery, YOU need to follow up (not wait for the customer to get back to you).
thats it.
This was my first order on Buildor, and it didnt leave a very good taste in my mouth.
