I have been scammed for $250 by Mike Spector This individual works together with a store called Builders Bargain Discount Doors and More. When someone calls the store, they will recommend one of their professional installer, which in this case was Mike Spector. Mike Spector will go to the customer's home to take measurements and will ask for a Down payment, after which he will disappear, BRAGAINand the customer will get BARGAIN of course.
When the customer attempts to contact them, in order to collect the money, they never say NO.
They will always say YES, we will return your funds. (and they will if the things get to Court for instance. They will even apologize)
Statistically, less than 10% will report, so the scammers will always be ahead of the game.
