The title is exactly what they wrote when they refunded my purchase.
There was no explanation or notes in the email as to why they didn鈥檛 accept my purchase.
I didn鈥檛 have any trouble with any similar companies. They all accepted my video link and money.

I bought YouTube views. Their prices are double or triple what you'll pay elsewhere. But the promise was that the views would be highly-quality, organic views from real people. And with high retention (80-90% of the video viewed).
But in fact their views were simply from bots. And they were also low retention (20% of the video viewed). So despite being the most expensive, their services are no better than any other far-cheaper ones you can easily find.
I was very unsatisfied and so asked for my money back. They refused to give it.
(Follow-up: I managed to ask PayPal to give me a refund. So if the liars fail to give you your refund, as is likely, you should try PayPal. After that you can try your credit card company.)
Here are a few additional tips for people trying to market their YouTube videos: I have tried quite a few services. And my conclusion is that buying YouTube views is simply a bad idea. Even the supposedly best and most-expensive service (BuildMyViews) is awful. Yes, they do deliver the number of views you bought. But these views are low-retention and from bots. The algorithms at YouTube seem to be sufficiently sophisticated to figure this out.
As a result, all these low-quality views will cause YouTube to mark your video as low-quality. And YouTube will then not recommend your video to other viewers. Your video may thus get fewer genuine views than it might otherwise have gotten.
