Spend 2 hours putting together a resume draft. Can't save without paying at least $9.99 for a 7 day subscription. Okay that was a surprise but nothing is totally free. After paying I got locked out. Got mad. Sent customer service request. Said could take 2-5 business days. Hmm. Got madder. But got reply and got things to work thus this updated review. Thank you company. Now to cancel an automatic renewal I don't want but now have confidence it will work out.

customer service was friendly and responded quickly. I think the customer service representatives are very professional, but i did not use the resume building service itself, so i cannot speak to that aspect of the business.

I recently contacted BuildFreeResume (BFR) thinking that they were the company that was bilking me out of $24.95 every month for their resume service. BFR informed me that I was not in their database, and could of left it at that. However, they went the extra mile to help me track down the company and get off their endless services that hid behind a mask in their billing name WKZRESUME Builder. 10 STARS for BFR and their willingness to help a guy in need. Next time I need a resume service, I know where I am going for help and great customer service … even when I wasn't one of their customers! Thank you Buildfreeresume for all your help.

So much for saying they are free. They have been billing my credit card about $25 a month for several months. their web site doesn't recognize my email, and it is the only way to get off their list. I ask them to email me a password hint, and no email ever comes. This joint is a scam and they are shady. Time to cancel the credit card. BUYER BEWARE!

I think they are so good to provide service. When I want to cancel my subscription to a website. I sent the wrong email address to their company. However, they not only not ignored me, but also help me to find the actual website and company. Finally, I am able to find the correct website and cancel my account successfully. Subscription has fine print to start charging you heavy money, $30 per 4 weeks, which you never know of. None picks up phone, emails are not responded back

I deleted my account, even sending a message that I was doing this and to stop any further payments from coming out. This was on the same day i set up the 7 day trial and paid a fee. Today I get an alert that a payment was taken out for 39.99. I am so angry!! I sent them a message and told them to refund me asap!! Oh and guess what, I cannot even sign into my account , which i am assuming means it was deactivated?????
