I bought their comforter with the 30 days try-out. Unfortunately it was to warm for me, but the customer service when I wanted to return it was amazing. Instead of them being annoyed that I wanted to return it, they where amazingly friendly, and even offered that I could drop it of at a homeless shelter instead of returning it (and still get a full return) – what a great concept!
They even helped me find addresses for homeless shelters in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I didn't succeed with that option but that wasn't a problem and they just sent me a return label instead (with no costs for me). AND my refund was processed the day after I had sent it.
So thanks to Buffy (and their very friendly employee, Kyle) for showing me that some companies actually still provide amazing customer service.
