I switch from Hootsuite to Buffer and I love it. It is easy to set up and to use. The only feature I'd like to see would be a calendar view for scheduling and an option to drag a file/image directly into the window.

Advice for new customers ->
Buffer will charge you for a full year of publish and analyse, even if you think you've changed it to monthly. This is the only subscription I've seen that enrolls you onto yearly automatically, very shady.
Recommendation for Buffer: Don't auto-enrol trials onto the yearly plan and don't auto-subscribe trial users onto the analyze plan. Most people just want the publishing plan and they will forget to cancel analyze as they never signed up for it.

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. Worst experience ever.
I registered my company on Buffer and applied for a $99/month plan. Buffer charged me over $1000 and no one replied to my questions promptly.
Their customer support acts in a very shady way and avoided to give me an answer for the first 48 hours after the payment was made.
Today I finally receive an email that states "We wanted to let you know that we have refunded the payment shown below and attached a copy for your records. The refund should reach your account within 5-10 business days."…… guess what?! The pdf files they sent me are broken.
After 3 days, I still have no guarantee of receiving my money back.

I attached a screen shot where the plans state the purpose and abilities is to schedule post and repost. However, I selected multiple times on multiple days of the week and they posted immediately instead. I contacted customer service and the guy said you cannot schedule automatic repost. What?! I would not trust anything else it says it can do! I tried the trial and found out that way. Don't believe me? Try the free trial and see for yourself. I advise to avoid them all together and not risk automatic charges if you forget to cancel at the end of trial. Look at the photos and see where it shows on plans that it automatically reposts and that is why you schedule. Then look at the image with the reps response saying it does not do that. So why do I need buffer?! There are other things I tried and it did not do which I did not get a response from customer service to ask why or how, in the event I did it wrong. It is a scam!

We started to work with Buffer before 1 month. And system working very cool and easy. We solve our social media management problem with Buffer service. Also last week we live little bit problem and day solve in 1 hour only. They have very fast for customer services. Thanks Buffer team we will work more together. We are so happy and we can advice for everybody.

I manage quite a few social accounts and this service is great, however I agree with the previous review, the pricing model is a little strange. I'm on the smallest paid plan at the moment and don't want to fork out $99 just to add one or two more accounts – shame. Hope they change this soon.

I love buffer and have been using the service for a long time. Our company has several different websites, which means several social profiles. It's great that we can keep them all in one place, however we have been unable to add a few of these accounts to Buffer because of the price increase.
3 stars because…
We pay $15 per month for 8 social accounts, however if we wanted 9 or more (which we do), it's a huge price hike up to $99 per month!

After having used many scheduling platforms, I was least impressed with buffer. I found that the analytics were inaccurate and many types of posts were not supported. Very glitchy at times.

I've been using Buffer for quite some time. Actually, since they first launched. I loved the fact that I could add Groups from Linkedin(Now you can't). We use it to share content on all our collaterals on social media and the Chrome plug-in make life easier:)
