I ordered nine items from Buffalovely at the end of October, my credit card was charged as soon as the order was confirmed and about two days later I received an email notifying me of shipment. The items arrived quickly and I was happy to see how well packed they were. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I saw that two out of the nine items were missing from the package. As soon as I noticed this I took photos of the packing slip and of all the contents of the package and I sent an email to the email address provided (this is the only means of communication with the business). I waited a day and still had gotten no response. At this point I decided to look at the company's BBB reviews just for safety. This is when my disappointment turned to horror as I realized my issue may never be resolved… 31 complaints and almost all of them were left unanswered. I then decided to leave a comment questioning whether she received my email regarding my missing items on her most recent instagram post. This comment got deleted very quickly. So I direct messaged her. She responded to my direct message saying that my message ended up in her spam folder (this is what she tells everyone) and that she'd send me the items that were missing. I replied back asking her if she needed my address again, to which I received no response. I politely waited one week before messaging again. She saw my message and ignored it so I began to comment on her most recent posts again – all of which got deleted. I then messaged her again letting her know that this was very frustrating and that I wanted to know when my items (which I already paid for) were going to be sent to me. It has become a complete ghost town. Customer service deserves 0 stars, 1 star is just for how nicely the items that did arrive were packaged. If I could, I'd go back in time and never give my hard earned money to a company that treats their customers like this.
