I can now see there are no public reviews of this website, I should have checked before registering! I found out later that they are scammers, they rebranded several times during the past few years (before they were buff88, ebettle, vitalbet…) and if you google these names you will find the same type of scam over and over. Just google "ebettle scam" or "vitalbet scam" and you will see for yourself.
Long story short: I registered with them, deposited some funds, played at least all the deposit (but didn鈥檛 lose it), successfully completed the ID verification, and then my account was blocked and closed because according to them I had 2 active accounts (both of them placing similar bets), which was against their terms and conditions. This all happened over a week time, and obviously when I asked for ANY kind of proof (name and email of the second account, personal details used for the second account, deposit method used, chat transcript from the second account), they failed to provide them. They just kept going with the same probably copy-paste messages saying that I was using 2 accounts from the same IP address which is a fact and cannot be denied (hello? It can be denied because you cannot give me any proof of the existence of this other account). Also, they said I accessed the chat from the 2 different accounts, but I happen to have the chat transcript of 3 of the only 4 conversations, and it clearly shows my username and email. Anyway, they closed my account and refunded the money I deposited (but be very careful because I read other stories where all the funds were kept and there was nothing you could do to get it back). I had several open bets when the account was locked so the profits from those were lost. Funny thing is that they couldn鈥檛 reply when I asked things like 鈥淲hat about my presumed second account? Did you close that one too? Which email did you notify for that one? Did you refund the money on that one too? Or how do you choose which one to refund if you will only refund one?鈥?there was no reply. But apparently, they are willing to provide evidence if an official party were involved! They will probably photoshop some screenshot of the same IP address with my account name and another random account鈥?They are all scammers, all the team is involved (from Bulgaria I think), as the person dealing with my case by email was the same one in the last 2 chat conversations, so he knew exactly that it was me from the same account all the time, but he kept lying. I just thought it鈥檚 important that this is made public as I am not the first one this happened to, and the way the operate is exactly the same. Why would I write a complaint if I really have 2 accounts and I am going against the rules? If that were true, I would accept the decision is silence as they are obviously right. But they are lying, they just wait for you to wager some money and close your account. If you are unlucky you will lose money too. Please avoid this website and spread the word.
