Fines fines fines… for everything. I have never had fines ever in my life, and this company makes sure to take last bits of my savings. NLE and Budget energie -same and the worst supplier. Shame on these people who are working there, no self esteem and values. Their actions are against human rights.

Budgetenergie is a useless energy provider. they make a complete mess of their administration. I have had changes to my contract 4 times in 2 years, while I did not request for a change. At every change they send me a fine of 250 euro because of early termination of contract. what a hassle to get that corrected, if they keep on saying that I requested a change. If you call them they are totally unwilling to address the problem. dont go with these people.

Few weeks ago in media markt some woman use my personal data, without my permission and create contract for 3 years with wrong mail and she make signature .. Now i wait for answer from mijn budget because she broke the rules of personal data protection and company make investigation.

Pretty strange company.
Unexpectedly someone knocked at my door and offered me to change my energy and gas provider. I asked for the prices to compare, but was ensured it is possible to see only if I provide my personal information (to retrieve my usage).
Pretty strange logic.
I went myself to their site and completed all data into a form then got a calculation with 3 euro difference with my current offer. Still no prices. = Kat in de zak =
I decided to stay with my current provider.
Welcome next time with clear tariffs and not "personal" offer.

I had a good chat session with an employee that was adequate and could help me clarify how some things went. However. I signed a contract with this company and they have allowed someone else to cancel the contract, without first verifying the identity. That's not how I want my contracts and/or data to be handled. I think it's a shame and not trustworthy.

I strongly advise against signing a contract with this company. They make you sign a contact for 3 years promising that even in event of cancellation fee you will break even with their MediaMarkt NL (Oosterdokskade 67, Amsterdam, Netherlands) voucher. When it comes to cancelling (after one year) they not only charge you large, 200鈧?cancellation penalty but also make you return the amount of the voucher which is just a fraud in the light of explanations provided by company鈥檚 employee. They do not take any responsibility for the promises made by their own salesperson. I鈥檝e been taken advantage off for being a foreigner and relying on explanations provided by Budget Energy鈥檚 employee, hoping that a company represented at an offline sales point at Media Markt could be more trustworthy. Those are practices that you should be ashamed of.
