Had to cancel my flights due to Covid, correspondence was very prompt and refund requested with ease. Refund confirmed as being made today so very happy with the service I received. I will definitely use their services again for my next flight booking.

Etihad ticket for April cancelled due to Covid. Had to apply to Dept of Home Affairs in Australia for an exemption to Australian Travel Restrictions BEFORE booking my new ticket, yet giving my flight number in the application! Val was very patient, talking we through the options. Have now got an exemption and have booked a flight to Dublin. Thank you very much Val for your help.

A wonderful experience with Budget Air. Due to COVID19, my flight got cancelled by airline but Budgt Air support me in all aspect and provided me alternate ticket within couple of hours, I asked.

Awaiting refunds for my fights from March to Abu dhabi. It's been 4MONTHS!! My initial emails back and forth were about how they couldn't refund and we're very vague when I asked about my other options. Over phone calls I was told they're very busy with the over load and was advised to email.
The last email I received was an automated response about annual leave, over 2 months ago. There's been no courtesy to follow up on customer, a regular customer. Shows how much you value customers.

While I am happy for the customer who has received refunds to the same destination, I am still waiting to understand why it would take about 9-12months for another customer.

It would be be much appreciated if you are as quick to email back as you are with your response to the feedback.

Me and my husband was going back in Ireland last 10th of April,due to Covid19 me and my husband was got locked down in my small islandd theirs no any way to going through any flight. So we contact the budget air about the saturation.and they contact back , Marc Lynch and Cassandra who are helping us. Cassandra is one who patiently said that we will conctact them if any changes in the island . And give a flight ticket going to Manila for free change even though my original flight is going to Malaysia to Ireland . The company I say it really good and the people working so hard to understand all their customer need . With the buttom of my hearts we thank you so much . And God bless you all. I booked a flight with budget air last year to fly out to Abu Dhabi in April . Due to Covet19 restrictions all travel at that time was cancelled. I contacted Cassandra at budgetair and was responded to immediately with an offer to get a full refund . I received my refund today in full and Cassandra kept in contact with me when my refund was available. Delighted with the customer care and I will have no hesitation booking again with budgetair in the near future.

Our British Airways flights to Japan (costing 500 euro each) were cancelled due to the Covid19 pandemic. We had to wait a long time before they were officially cancelled, which meant we did not know whether we would be entitled to a refund. This was the fault of the airline, not Budgetair. Budgetair unfailingly replied promptly and courteously to my email enquires. I felt well looked after at a difficult time. When notified eventually of cancellation, Budgetair contacted me quickly and facilitated my request for a full refund, when the airline was trying to impose a voucher on my instead. I would certainly recommend this travel company,

Absolutely baffled by some of these reviews dated during lockdown saying they recieved support and had their issues resolved promptly with budget air as I have received the total opposite of this!
I booked two seats (one for me and one for my partner) to fly to Abu Dhabi on the 05/04/20. The flight was cancelled.
I have lost count of the amount of emails and phone calls that I have made to get a refund for this flight.
Up until this point I understood how busy they must be during this time but it's been almost 2 months now since my flight was cancelled and I've received no reply at all to my request while clearly, from other reviews, people have been getting through to them and having their issues resolved yet mine is going ignored! Do not respond to this advising me to email the info email address just respond to the multiple enquiries I've already made. It should not take a review to get a response from you.
I would advise potential customers to go directly through airlines in future based on the experience I've had with budget air.

I am well aware of the generic email that you sent me in March which only offered a credit note. Between then and now I received no actual response from other than automated acknowledgements.
You responded to me on July after this review and told me my refund would take 12 months!
Funnily enough there's a customer review left in the last few days from a person also going to Abu Dhabi in April who states they have already received their refund. While I'm delighted for them. Why am I going to be waiting up to 12 months for a refund even though my initial contact requesting a refund was in March.

absolutely no service whats so ever, I have been trying to get a refund or change flights for over 4 weeks and not a single reply or phone call. no communication since COVID interrupted flights.Offices are closed so how are people getting flights refunded and changed, no one answers phone, no one replies to queries, as i booked through them I can't get a refund from the airline.paid 鈧?15.27 including insurance. what a joke for customer service

Cassandra and Fernanda has been really helpful. I didnt think I would have another ticket so soon after my flight was canceled. It is really a very stressful time and I really really appreciate budgetair and especially Cassandra so much for the prompt reply to my emails and doing everything so quickly without making me wait for weeks.

Cassandra has been a great help from when I purchased our airline tickets right through to flights cancelled due to Covid 19, always available with a quick reply. She liased with the airline to ensure we received vouchers as quickly as possible and was able to answer any questions we had. Great customer service!

In these very challenging times Cassandra and Fernanda gave great customer service, keeping me up to date when I requested information on my flights, and always very helpful and polite. When things get back to normal I would certainly book with them again.
