Flight was cancelled. We鈥檝e been informed by airline, but budgetair still won鈥檛 communicate in regards to getting money back

They are real croocks.
I bought a ticket with them from Paris to Lisbon and they took 3 time money from my accounts and no answer with phone call and not even answer of my email. I used my visa classic debit card but paiement refused 2 times and 3rd time i used another Mastercard Who was belong to my brother and paiment accepted but then i found next day that paiment had been taken out from my account also twice.
Please iwould like to have my money back.
Price of the ticket was 82.05鈧?and i paid this amount 3 times for one ticket.

All the flight purchase process was correct with no errors, the only "down" side I experienced with BudgetAir comparing to other sites I used in the past, is the delivery of the electronic tickets which is much slower than other sites which deliver the tickets in less than 1 hour.

I have been trying to contact them via phone and emails to try to get a refund my flight due to the coronavirus. But they have not answered to either. Really disappointed always getting automatic mail… my card bank will expired soon and don't know how to provide the details of new card..no information about this case

Easy booking and registration for flights with low cost in comparison of others travelling agencies! Just need to do the travel to recommand it totally but it's on a good way to do so!

The site does not allow you to choose a language independently on your chosen country…. For example if I choose Germany as my country, then the site only provides me option to choose the German language, not English.
