I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Due to covid, I've had internal flights (Australia) cancelled by Budget and was told I would be refunded (and I paid an insurance for the flights also) and the only communication I've had sent to me is an automated one in response to my emails asking what was happening. No one has been in touch and there's no way of speaking on the telephone to anyone either. I don't think most people would mind as much if they at least were kept up to date. You never know how good a company is, until something goes wrong and from Budget, no service at all. Don't use them.

Crooks and thieves. Still waiting for them to pass on my refund from the airline. Zero way of contacting them, what kind respectable company removes their phone number when 100's of it's customers are stranded abroad???!!!! Disgusting behaviour.
This company is the lowest of the low. DO NOT USE.

First and last time I will ever book with them.
Our flights for two of us from Manchester to Amsterdam and back have been cancelled and I have tried so many times to get in contact with them as the airline say the travel agent has to sort vouchers and refunds.
At first I was willing to accept a voucher or flight change but since they think it鈥檚 okay to take customers money with no offer anything in current circumstances I am now pushing for a refund as I do not trust this company.
Financial ombudsman will be receiving a complaint about this company from me.
Absolutely ridiculous way to treat your customers.

Shocking shocking terrible terrible. I booked a flight with them from Liverpool Uk to Romania, the flight has been cancelled due covid-19, they haven鈥檛 even contacted me to inform me their website is so terrible and confusing there is contact telephone number there is one for Netherland which looked out of service as I tried so many times it was the first time I used never again

My flight was cancelled by Saudi airline for 22 April 2020 and now sent out several emails to bugetair.co.uk for full refund still money not received and can not buy an other ticket for family and kids very bad experience there is no UK contact number.Only you can contact them via email or netherland landline on voice but no answer and now receiving automatic email and says refund will take weeks. Its bad and never gone book again flight and you too.I spoke airline 4 or 5 times and there is no alternative flight till June and no phone call from,customer servcie bugetair.co.uk.

I never like to but will always use this platform as a last resort, after many emails trying to get in touch (As the phones have been disconnected) and no update on the progress of my booking, I still have not received anything back from Priyanka since the 18th of March! I have no idea if my flight has been cancelled or if I am getting refunded!
Very poor customer experience and would suggest to people to not use this service!

I booked a flight through them and bought insurance to cancel the flight and cancelled the flight and inform them to process refund which they said they will but it鈥檚 been 2 weeks they haven鈥檛 refunded me nor replied to my email !

My flight is in next 4 days. I can't find my ticket on airlines website. I called airlines and they have confirmed that all the flights are cancelled and refund has been sent to the travel agent.
I tried to contact this people so many times regarding this but no response. The only response I get is your request has not been registered. I don't know what to do to get refund from them?
I would never use them again in future. All my other flights I have received refund from other companies but not sure why this company is not refunding me which they have received it 2 weeks ago!

Absolutely crap and useless. Emailed several times and got copy and paste responses. Dishonest and exploiting COVID situation by not passing on wesjet one time cancellation free waiver. Expected me to pay $320 x 4….for a booking worth about $1000. Never again! Avoid at all costs. Atrocious service and exploitative

I received an email late last night which says that our flights has been rescheduled,which means that will BE WAITING(in the airport with other passengers) for 6 hours longer than booked. We emailed them this morning disputing the matter and try to cancel it. Then we got this..
''Unfortunately the conditions of the airline which are applicable to your booking show us 'non refundable' in case of cancellation. This means you will not receive a refund for the ticket price.''

I have booked a family holiday that cost me 拢 3000 GB before the Coronavirus outbreak and I鈥檝e been trying to contact Budgetair for 4 days now to ask about cancellation and the number Ive been trying keeps on saying 鈥渨e are not open鈥?
I鈥檓 getting worried and I don鈥檛 know how I will be getting my refund back.

CHARGED UK APD (Air Passenger Duty) FOR 12-15 YEAR OLD CHILDREN AND AREN'T REFUNDING OR GIVING UPDATE
When we booked there wasn't the option to choose a child aged 12-15 which should mean you don't pay UK APD which is quite a large sum on an economy ticket. Instead I had to select 4 adults as all over 12. I chose to use them as I have used them before when my kids were younger (under 12) and the fare was good.
I asked Budgetair about this APD and was told I should contact them after travel is completed and send passport details for the refund.
I did as instructed, sent them my kids passport details in November 2019 and nothing from them since and it's now March 2020! I have chased them numerous times and hear nothing useful back. Who has this APD money?????? Perhaps the tax authority needs to have a look at this? It's not great to have to send a copy of the passports either. Why don't they have the correct age option to calculate the correct taxes?
I also didn't like the way their system put my daughter down as 'MRS' on the ticket. When I queried this they said it was just a default and not to worry – she was 12! – don't really need it to say incorrect things on your tickets.
Flights with United Airlines were fine and price good which is why they get 2 star. They didn't worry that my daughter was a MRS.

I have purchased a flight from their selves which I received no confirmation email or a ticket for that matter. I have been on the phones for hours over the past two days trying to speak to someone so I can get my money back! I have no proof to offer other than my statement to budgetair.co.uk
