I have send few emails regarding my refund but haven't heard anything back from them not even an acknowledge email.

The last email i got from them was almost 2 months ago regarding my refund.

Really bad HARRIBLE Customer service, Never booking any flights with them EVER AGAIN!!!!

I have canceled my flight 8 months ago but still no refund. Just got tonnes of electronic emails Saying 鈥測our refund is in process鈥?even got a email 鈥測our refund is processed and will be in my account in 10 working days鈥?its been 5-6 months for tha now. Such a useless website to book flight.

Please try to avoid Budget Air at any cost. I cancelled my flight last year and it has been over 13 months and still have not received my refund, I was informed that the redund was processed (pre-Covid), yet no refund. The contact is lousy and disgusting. Anytime that an email is sent to them, the response from Budget Air is an automated response.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME!

I鈥檓 not going to give a single star for your service.
I had a booking which got cancelled ( confirmed by airlines) and didn鈥檛 receive a single update until my travel dates are over. After all I got a reply saying your flights are active in our system. How can that even possible that country closed its borders and stopped flights and got confirmation from airlines. I鈥檓 expecting someone should call and talk to customers and give a credit or update the situations. It鈥檚 matter of huge money we鈥檙e not getting it for free. Respect it
once you receive money from people you don鈥檛 even care what鈥檚 going out there. It鈥檚 complete scam.

Very bad experience with Budgetair.co.nz
Trying to contact them since more than a month now to cancel the flights for my Guests coming from India via Malaysian airlines. While both way flights were cancelled, nothing initiated by the budgetair even after so many calls and emails. My booking reference is BNZ-0652470. While the airline says to contact you guys, atleast please respond. The only thin you need to do is to process the refund or the vouchers. Please act responsibly, otherwise people will stop all faith in you and probably your registration should be blocked.

Very unpleasant experience , the whole other airlines and agencies are refund the tickets or crediting it back..We are asking you the same and sent many emails.Still no response..We contacted Singapore airlines and they advised to liaise with you guys.

Can't get a hold of BudgetAir

Booking ref: BNZ-0666408

I am trying to get a hold of someone who can help me out with my flights. I have tickets booked from AKL-BNE in 5 days however with COVID-19 there are now travel restrictions and 14 day isolation.
I am unable to get through on the phone and have sent multiple emails as I am wanting to know what options are available.
The website has no information and the airlines the flights are with advise to go through the travel agent I've booked with.
Can someone please contact me so I can get to the bottom of this and confirm:

If I cancel my tickets can I get a full refund for credit to use in the future without incurring any additional cancellation costs?
As I would like to cancel them and get a full refund as per airlines advise.

I cant go through the airline directly as they advise to come through the travel agent I've booked with which is BudgetAir.

My flight has been changed by airline and so that I cannot catch my connecting flight. Flight agency asked me to confirm via travel agency but I'm unable to reach you via call or mails or anything. I've been trying to reach you since the time my flight was changed but I couldn't. You keep disconnecting my calls. I've been a valued customer but I won't be after this

At the time of booking the fare was showing lower prices when making the payments, automatically system added $93 or $98 as processing fee which was unexpected. Will never trust your system when booking online

Customer care rep did make a contact but missed providing the link or platform to reply back with the booking ref number

P.S booking ref KS9GK8, hope that helps

Reply to below response: No options were provided to select payments and we tried all the methods and still there was additional fee charged as mentioned above. Hence folks, it's not worth going thru this website.

My only critic is when I emailed them for a query, I did not get a response. This makes one worry.

This was a terrible stressful experience. We were going on a vacation trip to Nadi Fiji from Christchurch NZ all was well they booked our flights and it was fine, before we left though, they changed our flight home from a direct flight to a stop in Auckland, which was fine, we understood if a flight got cancelled. We confirmed it and went on our vacation once we got to Auckland we found that they haven't booked our return ticket to christchurch at all. There was no information of us on the return flight, we called budget air and they said the flight was booked, then once we told them it wasn't hung up on us. And this was after a 20 wait on hold. We called them again and the next person was more helpful and we put them on the phone with the airline representative. They were not able to proceed with our tickets and we had to buy new tickets from jet star the same day. Obviously much more expensive. A massive waist of time and terribly stressful and expensive. I would not trust any future tickets through this company.

Budget Air took an unauthorised $2 from my bank account and then credited it straight back in which caused my bank to freeze my account (because it looked like suspicious activity) which meant transactions were declined even though there were enough funds available. This took me two hours on the phone to sort out.
