When I returned the car, there was an employee walking around the car with a flashlight looking for every little thing he could find. He discovered something (not a scratch) that could not be seen at first. Only when I looked the second time and from a difficult angle, I could barely identify a dent the size of a pea. Since this was so hard to see, how do i know if it wasn't there from the beginning? You don't normally inspect the car with a flashlight and from angles…
He said not to worry about it, that he does not work for Budget and has to report it, but the company will later decide what to do with it. Since this is so small they may ignore it. My flight was soon and I had no time to check with the company.
One month after I returned the car. I am getting an email with a charge. The problem here is that they don't even send me a photo of the damage. Hmm, let me guess why….
Avoid this outfit, they will rip you off and you will end up paying twice or more for your rental. Save yourself the hassle and go with more decent company.

I booked the car for 26th of September 7:30 PM when I will come from my holiday from Egypt as I will come with luggage鈥檚 and in summer clothes and shoes. I booked the car pickup time 7:30PM from Brno Airport
When I came from holiday where was 38 degrees and in Brno was 11 degrees and there was nobody waiting for me neither car.
I was waiting if someone will come but when nobody turn up in half an hour I found the number to call Budget car. Nobody has picked up the landline and I've tried a mobile number. The gentleman on the mobile didn鈥檛 really cared and I have been told they don鈥檛 care about my requested time for pickup 7:30PM as they thought I will come with Ryanair flight from London after 5PM and somebody was waiting for me till 6PM. Instead of 7:30 PM. I have been offered they will come next morning earlier and I can pick up the car. Maybe I could sleep outside the airport with my fianc茅 in summer clothes on the luggage鈥檚. Basically the airport stuff was waiting to lock up the airport and we were waiting outside the airport in flip flops …. 11 degrees.
Even your booking details are saying they are open till 11PM they are closing 6PM. They said they did wait one hour for me ( in wrong time) which lead in me being in cold weather waiting outside in T-shirt and flip flops.
I think it is unacceptable.
I did mistake I should use different company but I didn鈥檛 have any problems in the past. Yes, it was 拢20 cheaper than other offer but I wasn't able to see my mum and other family members as I have to fly back to London on Saturday and it cost me another money to be able to get to my destination anyway.
Obviously I would like to receive the refund of my money paid for car but it seems to be bullet proof to do so. And there is a death line for my claim. If nobody response to it I will be force to claim money back via my bank.

Can't trust Budget in Czech Republic .
They take your credit card info , then they try invoice you for something u never done !
Had to deal with them , when they take money out of my card 10 days after returning to my home . Can't even call them , because no one answer !
Via email they say one thing and do another thing, still waiting for my money, which ( according to them ) were send back .
Prague office shouldn't represent budget company at all , because it's a shame for budget .
So I wouldn't recommend this car rental in Prague Czech Republic to anybody , not even to my worst enemy !
