DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered an Infra-red thermometer back on the 10th of July 2020… 89 days later I am still waiting. Company blaming Covid however MANY other items purchased both internationally and locally have arrived and were ordered well after this. They will not refund. Response to emails is always the same with no resolution. Very disappointing. Next step is to report to ACCC. I am over it.
Edited to add: I have not been credited despite the company stating they have. I have been complaining for nearly a month and have been getting the run around stating they cannot refund as it has already been dispatched!
Edit take 2: WOW I can't believe it….. finally a refund has been processed.
Thank you…. unfortunately this experience still leaves a bad taste in my mouth….
Edit 3: I will gladly share the emails on this thread that confirm my refund request 30 days ago( 2 separate occasions 4/09 & 10/09) and your reply The way you treat customers is deplorable.

I鈥檝e been searching for some great, eye catching clothes for my daughter for a few months. I wasn鈥檛 really getting anywhere until I stumbled across Bubs Warehouse. I decided on two rompers, the 鈥榞et milk鈥?one, and this really cute deer printed flannel one! They are such great quality, and just look SO cute! I wish they sold matching ones for mums, too. I鈥檒l definitely be purchasing more as she grows out of them!

Ordered items on 24 June 2020

It鈥檚 now 78 days since ordering and no goods received.

Appalling service ! Rude responses. Notice on reviews for every negative response, it鈥檚 countered with a glowing reviews that cannot believe true.

The company refuses to refund. Basically they鈥檝e taken the money and just blame Covid.

Winter slippers ordered – which despite what they say are not in stock in their Australian warehouse. Deceptive service with an 鈥榓n about us鈥?section that has changed several times. This about us and Covid does not give the company an exclusion from consumer rights. Take a look at their public responses to reviews and that should show you what you鈥檙e dealing with.

Items purchased will be useless if they get here as my baby will have outgrown.

I put a review on product review also. They inboxed me offering a refund ONLY if I deleted my review and wrote a 5 star review instead. As if I鈥檓 going to be bribed and mislead another poor new mum !!

It鈥檚 a total scam !

BEWARE! I ordered from this company as they are Australian owned. Items show they are in stock. They are not. Once you order, they are then ordered from China. I have been waiting 6 weeks. The order will no longer fit the baby! I was told there is no refund for ordering the incorrect sizing, umm the baby grew!
Don't bother complaining, you may as well bang your head on the wall. They will just point you to their terms and conditions. Total, absolute sham!

As for the stock standard reply below: NOPE don't believe you. No one else I have purchased from has such huge delays. I had something HANDMADE in Japan and received it in 16 days during this Covid period. I think it's just an excuse for your crappy service.

UPDATE

Just receive this from "customer service" (I use the term loosely) :-
"We will however offer to refund that item in exchange for the removal of the review you posted. For your consideration".
No scruples at all!

FURTHER UPDATE

54 days and still waiting. Can't blame this on the Cover situation. Just an absolute farce.

Would love if our items actually ever arrived. Ordered over a month ago, have now moved to a different address and am having to pay mail redirection fees purely for this!!! and my daughter probably won't even fit the clothes when and if they ever actually arrive because they've taken so long. They rope you in saying they're Australian blablabla and only have a tiny little section (in their FAQ's) I believe that says they 'ship from Australian and international suppliers' in other words they ship directly from the same cheap crappy warehouses as wish and aliexpress etc and just tripple the prices. As a business you should list on every item where it is being shipped from as you are clearly (see all the other complaints below) are costing people money for nothing because the stuff takes so long to arrive that it never fits. Also not sure it has anything to do with covid because I have received two packages from ebay that were also from China which I ordered well after I ordered from this business. Save your money and don't waste your time.

Slow service, dodgy products and simply takes your money and expects you to wait for them to work it out. Currently waiting for over a month for an item that said it had been shipped. An outfit that was brought lost all it pattern in the first wash and company refuses to refund.

The baby will be too old for the clothes by the time they arrive. The parcel has been bouncing around China for the last 2 weeks and has not left the country yet. I thought I was dealing with an Australian business, but it was just another Chinese company pretending.

I purchased some things off Bubs Warehouse for my 2 year old son and let me tell you i am one happy Dad! Not only is the quality exceptional but the prices are unmatched online. I received my items very quickly and had great communication the whole way. Highly recommend this store!

The customer service staff are very friendly. Even if I have lots of questions about the product and the delivery, they are answering it patiently. They also explained beforehand that there would be a bit of delay because of Covid 19. But the delay is manageable. I didn't wait that long.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
Terrible Customer Service.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my 8 month old. They took 3 months to arrive, which meant by then he had outgrown the size. They refused to help and just said to read their policy. They do not refund or exchange!
I ordered believing there company was based in Australia 馃嚘馃嚭 be aware it is a FAKE set up!! They are in CHINA 馃嚚馃嚦. Hence why you can鈥檛 do returns. Please be careful if you order anything quality is not as it is portrayed.

Terrible experience. Order took so long to arrive my child had grown out of the size. They refuse to refund even though they had confirmed that despite coronavirus-related delays delivery would take at most 59 days – it took longer. They think that by saying "Covid" that absolves them of any responsibly towards customers. Their response is to ignore requests for refund. Disgraceful, unprofessional and dishonest.

I鈥檓 concerned as my order has been on it鈥檚 way since the 1st of May. I understand there are delays because of the pandemic but when I go into Shop for more details about the order whereabouts I am advised 鈥渘o details are available鈥?
As an 100% Australian owned online store I believe it should be more transparent in advising which products ate coming from overseas particularly as one particular country has described Australia as 鈥?the gum on the bottom of your shoe鈥? I sincerely hope these delays are not politically motivated.

I honestly feel that some of the good reviews listed here are fake.

This has been the worst online shopping experience ever.

I purchased eight items several weeks ago and have not received any of the items. I received an email last week saying that one of the items was delivered to my house but it was never delivered because I don't live in the state that it was delivered too.

Their response to the delays is due to Covid 19 and everything is out of their control? This is confusing because other companies have managed to do their job and send through items in a timely manner.

It seems that most of their products come from International distributors.

I am so frustrated by this whole experience and the lack of clarification from your incompetent customer service team.

Yes I鈥檓 well aware of your poor excuses and lack of ownership and responsibility during Covid.

I have taken my complaint to Fair Trading NSW and quite frankly due to your latest response and lack of empathy I鈥檓 thinking about contacting media as well.

There seems to be so many complaints around the same issue and nothing ever gets resolved.
