Sent item with missing power cable and blamed the manufacture for sending an opened box… Contacted them and they were not helpful at all. Refused to take responsibility for anything. Blaming me and Australia Post. Said they had video footage of my item being sent intact and factory sealed… Yeah right… Kept telling me to contact the manufacturer for get them to send me a new power cord. Finally gave up and contacted the manufacturer who was very helpful and they sent me a new cord for free. They have had many poor dealings with this company so were quick to help me as they knew I would get nowhere. The manufacturer could also tell by the serial number that the item they had sold me was over 3 years old…

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. We cancelled the order and were verbally told it would be cancelled and not be sent, then 3 weeks later we where contacted by the courier via email requesting to deliver. We advised the courier to return to sender as there was a mistake made. We then contacted Bubs and Grubs only to be told that they had not agreed to a refund or a return! Do not purchase anything from this company they are dishonest!

Without doubt the worst customer service of any store in australia. I would put zero if i could. To the point of not delivering our product.. blaming corona virus for courier delays despite not having sent any products and to top it off refusing a refund point blank. They say its on there ordering t&c that freight delays are expected which is true… however that is irrelevant given they hadnt shipped the order.
We had tried to cancel our order, ask for a for a refund to which they refused stating we had changed our mind whih we hadnt. They just hadnt bothered to fill our order so after a month we got another one some where else. To show how they operate they then ship our product once consumer affairs get involved, stating that we cant get a refund now.
Whatever you do avoid them at all cost. Atrocious service, rude, unethical. Go somewhere reputable.

Extremely poor conduct. I placed an order and have been advised it is on back order until August – over 4 months from now. No issues there, but when requesting a refund, I was told that they will not provide a refund and that I was advised of the ETA. Further attempts to resolve resulted in a threat "Retailers including ourselves screen customers automatically prior to supplying goods and services based on their individual ratings on the EBR and decide on pricing discount levels, whether or not we will supply or make certain offers to and more… a bit like a credit rating."

Also got the whole solicitor thing. Not only over the negative reviews, but said they would get me for breach of contract because I did a charge back via my bank. Complete scum these guys.

I did this and then they refused to refund me, only saying they would keep 20% of it. I think this is a scam by them to make money – Hope they don't see its not in stock and allow them to but it and then keep some of their money!
Steer clear of them is what I would recommend.

These guys are crooks. I bought a Graco baby swing from them online a year ago. It stopped working, I emailed them for support (no number to call). They told me to send the swing to them for the manufacturer to check it out. They weren't there to accept it on 27/1/2019 and has been sitting in Tingalpa post office since then. I've sent 3 emails to them to see how we can move on, no response at all. Called them on their retail line (because that was the only phone number), and they told me that they have email support, nothing. So right now, my item is sitting at the post office a month later, and they refused to do anything about it.
My $400 baby swing is now abandoned by them.
Never again. Buyer beware. No customer support once they've taken your money.

Had an issue with the order and couldn't get through to any management – apparently they dont even have their phone numbers because they prefer everything in writing – read into that what you will!
Once I explained the issue rather amicably to the staff on in store, they had advised I would be contacted in 30 minutes
My wife was contacted and was cut off very quickly in conversation by Judy.
Judy also would not speak to me as I was not the "purchaser", which in a retail purchase is neither here nor there
It became obvious Judy likes to speak over pregnant women who can become easily flustered!
When I advised in the background to let Judy speak, she offered exactly what I had suggested as a resolution to her frontline staff on my call.
At the end of the call, Judy proclaimed that I had spoken to her staff rudely and they had come crying to her. Nice try Judy
I simply stated that I had seen bad reviews regarding a similar issue to ours, that Frank had posted on facebook about dodgy online baby shops, and that their support link lead to a 403 error which means the domain is down or the link is broken
I did also mention I had noticed Judy's family member posting a 5 star review which is a little suss.
The fact that she had the audacity to speak over my wife and then continue to pressure her telling us both(it was on speaker, Judy) that my wife had not let her speak was just a testament to the 1 star reviews floating around for this outlet.
I'm pretty disappointed because I took this one on board for my wife who was having no traction with the company and as soon as I proposed a better resolution, I was in the crosshairs as the bad guy! Even though that proposed resolution was the one offered to us in the end – go figure.
Definitely needs to learn about customer relations and could potentially do with a course of cert 4 frontline leadership if her staff are telling me they can take it on board but then go "crying" to Judy. I am very sure that wasnt the case as Sabrina seemed very capable of her job and very receptive.
Obviously not a good environment to work in and a worse environment to purchase from!
Please do not in future try to tell peoples wives they have been rude and made staff cry – my wife was around when I called and well aware that I wasnt rude but in other instances you could cause arguments that are just not warranted when it comes to a retail purchase!!! Pathetic service

If you leave a 1 star rating they will bully you and say that you are lying etc. They will then threaten to get their "solicitor" involved if you don't remove or change review.
Clearly you need to learn how to run a business, you have so many bad reviews, not that many of us could be lying!! This company is an absolute joke! They do not deserve your money!

Terrible, terrible service! I placed and paid for a $310 product online only to be told that the product was not available as it was "discontinued". I was promised a refund and have still not received it 10 days on. I have emailed several times just to be told they will "follow it up" but have not heard back. Disappointed they take money for such expensive items that are not even available and then still no refund after such a long period of time. I found the exact same product cheaper on another site and it was shipped and delivered in 2 days. Do not recommend this company at all!! Shop around and you will find better prices and better service.

I have just opened the delivery of the order below and am extremely disappointed. The Uppa Baby Snug seat was unwrapped and stuffed into the same package as the Charli Chair. This is to be used as a gift and it looks disgusting as well as being dusty. What kind of packaging is the Uppa baby supposed to be in? Why would you just unwrap it like that? On top of this the Charli Chair Box is damaged and looks unpresentable to be used as a gift. It looks second hand from a garage sale.
This way these gifts have arrived is unacceptable
I got an apology and a 5% discount for future orders. Not worth my gift looking second hand from a garage store
