It arrived 5 days after I ordered and it is simply amazing! I have never been so happy with an online purchase.
It is made of very high-quality material and totally worth the money.
PS: They also left a return label in the box for those who want to send back and contrary to the comments Bubbleroom sends you a tracking number!

In the end I returned them both, but this procedure was also painful to get through. I needed to check prices for delivery, go to a postal office….- it was very time consuming to say the least. I got my money back, but the process from ordering to getting my money back took me over 2 months.
The only good thing was the customer service, because they replied quickly to my many emails.

Their website states that sometimes the invoice option doesn't work and in this case please call the support. I called the support and all I got was "I don't know." Support agent was rude, condescending and didn't know anything. She then put me "into hold" and hang up the phone. After that, I've emailed them 4 times and never received an answer.
After reading these reviews I'm glad the order never went through. Don't want to ever deal with them or their support again.
Also I've tried to unsubscribe from their newsletter about 10 times and they still keep bombering me with their emails. Maybe time to check your email lists.

We can't comment on the quality of the dress inside as it is not open.
They must improve their international delivery service – snail-mail may work fast in the Nordics (I doubt), however it is quite slow to the rest of EU (Bulgaria)

I read a lot of negative comments here and I thought I could share my experience here to all those who are considering ordering something from this website. I ordered "Ann Lee Short Jacket Misty Rose" and it is exactly what I had in mind, both in terms of color and the material it is made of.
There is only one thing to consider if you want to pay by invoice, it will cost you 80kr extra. If I know that's gonna cost that much, I wouldn't have chosen that alternative for paying.
Hope this helps all those who are considering giving the Bubbleroom a try 🙂

Omg, why didn鈥檛 i read all this before?!
I ordered two quite expensive dresses ( discount code didn鈥檛 work, more expensive prices to europe customers… but i found two beautiful dresses and needed them for my daughters graduation party)
Oscourse they didn鈥檛 send me a tracking number.
After asking THREE times, they sent me a number, but it didn鈥檛 show anything!
Postnord page says:
The sender has sent information on a shipment item with this ID, but we have not yet received the shipment item. If you have any questions, please contact the sender.
Bubbleroom blames transport company and tells they can report it missing after three weeks.
Asked 4-5 times, are they sure package left their warehouse. They don鈥檛 answer. Told me something about 鈥渕aybe tracking number is incorrect鈥?br />
It is stupid to wait happy ending, i think 馃ゴ

Do NOT use this company to order from! I ordered items on sale, very happy that I managed to find a dress that was different to find elsewhere in my size. Never received the confirmation email, but the amount was taken from my account right away. After countless call, I was assured that an email would be sent to me. Nothing ever happened. Via the Facebook Messenger service, I found out that the parcel had been sent and was on its way. Happy days! Or not…I could see that it was going to be delivered to me, then to be returned. It then came back a few days later to delivery, only to be returned again!! Apparently, there was an issue with the barcode on the parcel, so they couldn't possibly take it the last 10 km to my house. Incredible!! Got told from their customer service that they would refund me the amount and then I could re-order the items. After telling them it's not possible because they are listed as sold out, I'm being told to just wait and reorder them when they have registered my "returned" items. So they are not able to fix the issue they have created.
I am NEVER using this site again. Absolutely horrible experience! I cannot understand how a seemingly big company cannot figure out how to get a returned parcel a new barcode, plain and simple 馃槨
Plus, please get your people on messenger to stop constantly use emojis. It's incredibly annoying and downplays the fact that I was looking for help with an issue

It was answer for an email. I have used same email address as in order, I have signed with full name under email. And in topic there was customer and order number.

Horrible shipping and logistics! If you send your order back for your money back or for a different size, they will charge you twice! You will pay for your own shipping and then they'll charge you the shipping cost again. If they f*** up your order, they won't fix it until they get their products back that they sent to you by mistake

The delivery says between 2-5working days, I never got an email giving me my tracking details until I emailed to request it.
It鈥檚 Tuesday today and the tracking says it鈥檚 still under transportation.
When I order items from China, I get my item within 5working days and emails between to tell about the progress of my item. This is unprofessional from this company.
I won鈥檛 be ordering again! The moment I get the item, I am sending it back and requesting for a full refund including my delivery charge.

My girlfriend turned 30 by August 25th and I wanted to buy her a Michael Kors Blakely Bucket Bag (Black), which she had wished for her birthday. I ordered the product a few days in advance, hoping it would arrive in time.
The package DID in fact arrive in time… but it didn't contain the correct product, why my girl got really really really dissapointed on her birthday.
So I returned the package to Bubbleroom, filling out the return form specifying in details which product I ordered and which product I wanted in return.
It has now been 12 days since I returned the package. While waiting for a response I've contacted the customer service multiple times to get a status, and every time the response were "We don't know where the package is" or "The package is not yet registred in stock".
Today I called customer service, slightly irritated because of the lack of information. I then learned that they have returned all my money to my bank account, so that I could place a new order. Customer service told me that the people in the stock facility apprently haven't even read my return form!
First: I got NO heads up about the package had arrived at the stock facility, which I specifically demanded.
Seond: I didn't ask for my money back. I specifically asked on the return form which product I wanted in return, and every time I called customer service I informed them about this. But because the staff at the stock facility chose to neglect me as a customer by not reading my words on the return form, money got sent back to my bank account instead of juts sending back the right product as specified on the return form. The result of this stunt is that the money that got returned, paid off a debt on my credit card – leaving me NO F****** CHANCE of placing a new order with new correct product!!! Which haven't even been nessecary in the first place if Bubbleroom have just read the order description or for that matter the return form!
Because of this, I'm now unable to buy my girlfriend the birthday present she wanted for her 30th birthday, and customer service ain't doing anything to sort it out.
Don't buy anything from Bubbleroom.

Now that I read other customers reviews someone from the customer service team is always answering to these messages and showing empathy telling you they will solve the problem. But nothing ever happens. I just cant understand how an online shop with this bad quality can even be existing. So dont let this trick you this company is a complete scam you will lose your money and no one cares. Dont waste your time and money for them! Order your clothes from somewhere else.
If someone will answer here to my message, just a note I have talked with your customer service by e-mail and nothing has been done until this date. It is your responsibility if you provide shipping without any tracking or any notification for the customer, but I wonder if i never receive my money back.

First, the prices for non Swedish customers are way higher, we are talking about 20 euros extra for a piece. Why? That does鈥檛 happen anywhere.
They don鈥檛 provide tracking number, so you have no clue, where your package is. Why they don鈥檛 provide it? Isn鈥檛 it shady? Everyone does nowadayas!
In the e-mail they say they deliver the package within 3-5 working days. That鈥檚 why I ordered the dress, because I needed them for special occasion. My dress still hasn鈥檛 arrived after 8 working days and no one knows, where my package is! I am super angry of and of course, I don鈥檛 need the dress anymore, since it was for this special occasion, so if I receive them, I will return them back. I wonder how this will go, I guess it will be another disaster!
Thanks Bubbleroom for screwing so many customers and shame on bloggers that collaborate with this brand.
