I orderd an microsoft keypad for a christmas present which was the cheapest price by some way i had found. Placed the order and received my order confirmation which stated it would arrive in 3-5 days. When it did not arrive i called up and was first told they do not hold that product themselves and the delivery date was showing early january. I told them it was a Christmas present and the delivery date on their website did not say that. They said no money had been taken as they do not take money until an item is shipped which again the BTorder confirmation did not say. Since the price was 40% off the original. I kept my order. I received an email 2 days later saying they tried to take payment and it failed even though i had more than enough in my account. I went straight onto the website to reorder and the price had shot up! I Called up to complain and i was told i could have it delivered in 3 days now but only for the new higher price.

purchased a Samsung TV for my partner's Bday on the black friday sale, when we opened the box shockingly inside was a completely different and cheap looking TV! After unsuccessfully trying to call the customer service dept for 2days (which had been shut down due to them being very busy) we finally got through to someone who said this will be looked into and resolved asap.
Long story short, a very unhelpful manager called Alex contacted us to say sorry there is nothing that can be done as the supplier has said the TV was sent out and that I needed to contact my card provider to get this resolved! This has been by far the most shocking, disgusting, horrendous and appalling customer service I have ever come across in my life!!! Not to mention I am also over 拢500 out of pocket due to this issue, right before Xmas!!! I would also like to make people aware we were advised by the manager (Alex) that BT shop is not part of the main BT company and they are a separate entity and not associated to BT which just simply sounds extremely concerning!!
I will be taking this issue right up to CEO of BT Philip Jansen as the whole BT shop dept is not worthy to be an online company. This company is a total scam and operating like a mob with it's own set of rules, no regards to consumer laws whatsoever!!
I will also be sharing my experience all over social media and other review sites to warn others to simply stay away from this awful and dodgy company which is clearly giving BT a bad name!!!!!
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Bt shop and bt are I suspect breaking some laws re misseling as they claim they are nothing to do with each other. They lie and live off there trustpilot reviews. Maybe see an item and go elsewhere and haggle the price and let's get bt out of the market. Philip Janson run a bunch of liars robbers and bullies.

Appalling Service
After Spending most of the day being passed around by the customer services department being told quote " We don't have any record of your sale" & " We don't sell that item" even though I have the receipt on my screen and you website with the item listed!

Then cut me off.

Phoned for the third time and then got told
"Yes I can see your order but nothing to with us we are a just an agent?"

Well I know distance selling laws and you are required to replace the item as it is faulty.

Well a simple call to Natwest Card Services will resolve the matter when the sales is charged back on to my account for 拢527

Next time I'll stick to Argos always great customer service
