They shipped the wrong product. They would not take it back and would not give me my credit. The order took six weeks to deliver and customer service would only offer me a $7.00 discount on another order! Worthless as I was already out $80.00.
The glasses are cheap knock off, not polarized and made with polycarbonate lenses! Avoid this business.

Terrible experience!
I ordered two pair of Maui Jim鈥檚 and after 45 days the order was received. They shipped two pair that I did not order or want. They would not return them, not offer me a refund and the only thing they wanted to give me was a coupon for $7.00 off my next order. I was out $80.00 and had nothing I could use. They glasses themselves were cheap knock offs. Not polarized, not glass lenses, not quality eye ware. Beware ! All fake crap and no customer service!

Btootbr is definitely fake site selling "genuine" Maui Jims sunnies. NOT!!! The site looks authentic. I ordered 2 pairs of Maui Jims and they sent the wrong ones, because they "were busy". They were cheap plastic. No code on the arm of the glasses as per original. They offered me US$10 credit to use and not send back the ones they sent! What a cheek! As I paid via Paypal I have put in a claim to get all my money refunded.
