Ordered 2 adsl filters from BT as ones I had previously ordered, from other suppliers, did not have a ring capacitor despite being advertised as fully bt compliant. The bt rep assured me their filters had the ring capacitor so I ordered them. They arrived the next day and worked perfectly. Very satisfied with the product and the service.

I purchased a BT Signal Assist. BT shop were very efficient in delivery. Following the very brief instructions (Cisco Product) it was easy to install. However the connection to the internet fails completely. At the moment I have a 拢20 paperweight that is eating electricity trying to provide what is supposed to do. The review website is poor too. Google verification fails to work and it does not work on legacy browsers.

Horrific service. Items not delivered and accusatory approach to my issue.

Took 2 weeks to respond accordingly and response less than satisfactory.

Simply do not care about customers satisfaction only care about signing you up under false pretences and false promises of free goods that never arrive.

Between BT and Royal Mail I have never seen service levels so incompetent and neither seem to be able to respond to concerns or get my items delivered.

Extremely good service and product ordered JBL Live headphones and received them within days of ordering them ..headphones are great and give fantastic sound and the delivery was extremely quick .
Yes would definitely recommend both BT shop and the headphones

LET ME CANCEL MY CONTRACT YOU THEIVES!!! WORD OF WARNING, DO NOT JOIN BT. THEY OFFER YOU GIFTS THAT THEY DO NOT DELIVER. SAY THAT THEYL GIVE THEM TO YOU AFTER YOUR CANCELATION PERIOD ENDS, SO THAT YOUR TRAPPED INTO THEIR CONTRACT AND THEN THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR GIFT!!!

Bought a WD hard drive showing 150 in stock, received an email next day saying it was not available – took nearly a week to get my money back

Advertised WD hard drives via their online shop at a massively discounted price across the whole range.

I bought one, paid online, got an email update of my purchase, letting me know I could track the status of my order telling me that they aim to deliver within 3 days.

The next day I excitedly checked the status of the delivery of my new hard drive, only to find that without a by-your-leave no email explanation or issuing a refund, they've cancelled my order.

That's right, they've just cancelled my order of goods that I've paid for and are or at least should be My goods, without refunding me or sending me an email. They've just left me waiting in for my delivery of my goods, with no intention whatsoever of actually supplying them.

In my book anyone that knowingly takes payment for goods that they do not own & have no intention of supplying is acting dishonestly and outside of the law, large companies are no exception to this rule.

I have complained to them only to be told that their managers are all in a meeting about this, if they can get stock they'll honour my purchase.

In the meantime, they've taken my money for goods that they don't hold stock of, cancelled my order & appear to have no intention of either supplying the goods or refunding my money.

Rubbish Service
Still waiting after over a week since I placed order online,No emails, No delivery status nothing,Phoned customer service team who were totally incompetent and did not have a clue.
Will never use BT again.

Very unsafe to pay from this company , you will your not saving by using them if you think this way . The ticket will be not complete and they will make you pay more . 0 star this what they should get

Really poor service. ordered a nas drive it never arrived and then I had to prove they had my deposit before they would send it back. Deliberately difficult, disingenuous customer services agents.

Offer e-mails keep pouring in to get you to spend with them but when they started sending me offers which advertised savings and the usual price was lower that the now cheaper price I complained. Basically they just said human error tough luck , Always shop around as i found the products at a cheaper price with quicker delivery at four other outlets…Just because they say it is cheap or a saving do not ever believe them

Do not buy BT twin pack offer – terrible to set up and still not working – helpline on weekends a total waste of space. BBT store not fit for purpose – Phones still not working

BT shop good. Product terrible. I ignored the recent reviews on line about poor connectivity and problems setting up the system, and bought a set of three units. The set up process is incredibly straight forward and the units registered when plugged in by wire to the router but could not connect to each other. I rebooted and reloaded and reset the systems several times. I also spent several hours working through the options. Not good, but it got worse. The App allows you to test the signal strength for the first unit as it was connected by wire to the router. The real clincher is that the signal strength of these units rapidly diminished with distance. I tried different orientations and a range of distances, all within line of sight, ranging from 1 metre to 8 metres. The signal strength was poor. In an older property I could understand the problems associated with thick walls, but I live in a modern property with thin walls. I returned the units. Don't waste you time on false promises

well where do i start with bt haha the customer service is the most rubbish i have ever had no one on there talk english they dont even explain nothing too you, i was gone without internet for nearly 2 weeks and they just said sorry and gave me a few pounds off my bill, but they are happy to rob your money out your account straight away, i was told to get good download and upload speeds and told me what i was going to get but dont get no were never that, DONT NOT USE BT FOR WHAT EVER REASON IT IS NOTHING BUT SH** FROM THEM,i recommend going to another broadband company and getting better prices there as well bt rip you off and hide so many charges from you.

High and increasing costs, slow crappy connection for both phone and TV. Picture breaks up on HD Channels epsecially.

Also had no end of nuisance calls, they register your number with random business so that they think you are a client or a service provider. I think they do this so you pay extra for 'no nuisance calls'

Please, please avoid at all costs.

Totally unimpressed with the BT ordering & installation service.

I placed my initial order (with difficulty due to multiple timeouts) last week. I confirmed installation date, received order confirm email etc. Following this confirmation, I booked a day off work, arranged to work the weekend, moved a number of my colleagues shifts and arranged other deliveries for that day so I could be available.

Luckily, I checked my order a couple of days later, and by chance noticed that my order had been cancelled.There was no notification made to me.

I spent 90mins on chat with fairly helpful staff, trying to place the order again. Another 2 timeouts. When I finally spoke to staff via phone, it took 40minutes to take my exact same order. I was then told that I couldn't have the same installation date, even after stating near the top of the call that this was essential.

The member of staff did do what he could to help but said unfortunately his system prevented him from meeting my requirements. As my issue has been completely caused by BT, I can't believe that the originally confirmed dates couldn't be met. I honestly think this is awful customer service.

I ordered BT broadband and BT TV. It鈥檚 arrived on time . I received sms from BT stating that the broadband is ready from 27th Oct, I came back from work and trailed, it didn鈥檛 work. I contacted customer service they told me that they will arrange an engineer but I have to pay if the fault in customer site. I asked them what happen if the faults in BT site? Will I get pay back? They told me that they can鈥檛 do anything, so I trailed it my self and found BT is sent a doggy filter and wrong setup top box.

Watch out who you talking to in customer service, they all are unskilled ppl, BT trained them to rip of the customers.
BT sent non recordable setup top box and doggy filter. I stayed with out broadband for a day and now I am waiting for the recordable setup top box. I am going to cancel BT once the contract is expired
