I just telephoned to cancel BT Sport to be told I鈥檇 signed up to a two year package and it would cost 拢100 to cancel. Daylight robbery BT, I only added Sport on as an additional item, it was not pointed out that it was a two year package! I will NEVER NEVER use BT again after my contract for land line and broadband is up. GO ELSEWHERE EVERYONE! Better companies and deals out there.

DO NOT USE BT. There are so many other better providers out there who actually care about their customers…this one is all about the money. There are faster internet providers with a better range of services and the customer service team is ill equipped to deal with people, particularly during these horrible times. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company.

A continuation of the approach BT companies think of society, just something to harvest money from. You would have thought that in these difficult times of Covid-19 and social distancing that they would have followed the responsible approach from Sky to open up premier league matches, scheduled on their network to all. Not BT Sport though, they gotta keep the greed in place and restrict it to season ticket holders only. The nation does have a long memory and I'm sure it will return the sentiment.

We were persuaded to take a new contract with BT Sport in September 2019, even though our existing contract did not expire until 2020. BT offered a "better deal" for a period of 18 months.
My wife watches BT Sport just to view womens tennis. Shortly after we commenced the new contract it was announced that BT no longer had the contract for the WTA tour events. We contacted BT to
cancel and were told they would charge 拢127 cancellation fee. The BT Sport Representative was unconcerned and totally useless! We will be taking all our telephone and broadband services elsewhere. Beware, this company is a rip-off.

Once a flag ship British Company and now an embarrassment. I was an existing BT Sport customer and signed up for BT TV package which I then cancelled after Sky produced an improved offer. On cancelling this order , I confirmed with the advisor that my existing BT Sport Subscription would remain active as it was not part of the order. Roll forward 2 weeks and the CL Semi finals and surprise, surprise, my subscription had been cancelled. I raised a complaint with BT Sport at the suggestion of one of their advisors but received a reply to the wrong name advising that they had investigated although they hadn鈥檛 really. I asked them to look at it again and now they鈥檝e closed my complaint. Big company run by children.

Upgraded to a Sky Q 3months ago and still do not have BT Sport even though I had it before and have been paying for it since. Lengthy calls and time wasting live chats produce no outcome but 鈥榰nable to activate due to technical issues鈥? Let hope the sport federations leave BT Sport as they will not want to be associated with fraudulent viewing.
Trust pilot needs to offer 0 stars as BT do not deserve 1.

What's the point in having a monopoly over the Champion's League when no one actually watches your coverage? UEFA demanding the Final be shown on Youtube for the past 2 years proves it.

I have been with BT sport for a long time now and have always found them expensive as I only have it for the UFC, pretty much one fight a month, I recently upgraded my sky to sky Q and now I can not even receive BT sport in the room I want to watch it unless I pay another 拢6 on top for the already expensive monthly payment, I was never told any of this and feel I have been let down by BT, I will one hundred percent be cancelling to never return once my contact is up.

They say you learn from your mistakes and we certainly will learn from deciding to move from Sky to BT. What an error. Sky aren't perfect but BT have been a total disaster from the start with probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I could write an essay on our experience and we have never been offered a penny in compensation for what was at times a complete failure to deliver the product. We were worn down in the end and now have house full of wires. We will be moving back to Sky or finding an alternative as soon as possible.

I have been a customer of BT sport for over two years now & find them very misleading & unhelpful. I took a deal with them for 12 months discounted sky sports & within the first 6 months there was a price rise.
Then when I cancelled my contract giving them over a months notice for the end of my deal, they then continued to bill me taking money from my account despite telling me on the phone when I gave my notice to cancelled that was my final bill. They are now saying that there is still another bill to follow but can't tell me how much despite having given my notice over a month ago! Spoke to a manager, was very condecending & very unhelpful. WOULD ADVISE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

BTSport.com is quite good but it's absolutely ridiculous that they don't have an ICS or iCal calendar feed for their lived televised showings, such as football matches. How are you supposed to keep abreast of which matches are live, their date and time? A feed would allow these details to be automatically input into your calendar. Sky have a very good feed and know how to do these things properly.
