Order placed on 30th sept and now after several promises and customer service personel guarenteeing connections and then agreeing to supply an unlimited 4G minihub to keep us on line and then refuses to issue and honor promises I now find out that my order has been canceled unknown to me 7 times over the last 59 days and I must wait another 16 to review issue

If I could rate a 0 I would, the worst company I鈥檝e ever had to deal with, customer service for complaints is shocking. Completely ignore. Just got the price down to 拢30 pcm this was January and haven鈥檛 paid that yet. It鈥檚 always more. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!

Just returned to BT for my internet and calls. Upgraded to fibre and still paying less than current provider.

Where do I start. They are a joke. Poor customer service, expensive, billing system is awful. Ask for the "Value Team" if you have to contact them as they are the only positive in the organisation and actually manage to get things done. Got into an 18 month contract with them and they increase prices half way through!! How does that work -I thought a deal is a deal….

I have had a recurring fault on my line for 10 years. BT have said they would look into it only to come back to say they could not find it many, many times . It is a bad connection / noise on the line. The line to the fibra box is only 300 yards long but they say is too expensive to renew even though I pay them around 拢1000 a year ! It happened again today and they said there is definitely a fault and they will investigate and come back to me – again.

BT Mobile are a rip off, even though you call up to hand in your notice for a month and get your PAC Code to transfer to new provider they start the 30 day notice from when they transfer your number and cut your line dead so you pay for another month for nothing. Never using them again.

I'm getting quite sick of BT! Personally I find customer service representatives both unhelpful and difficult to understand! Its rare that I get through to someone who knows how to help me! They are better than Talk Talk but that's no recommendation, as Talk Talk are horrific! And yet again BT are raising prices on line rental. Ive been kind and given 3 Stars but I'm not sure how much longer I will be able to put up with BT! I would recommend you shop around and try someone else for your telecommunications.
