Hi all 🙂 , we have just moved up to super fast broadband with 4 g back-up and Voice over ip cloud , i would just like to say all went well from the order to the install , very easy to follow instructions , and we also upgraded our other site to ultrafast broadband with 4 g back-up again this went well working and tested , very happy with the business mobile package as well , i would 100% recommend this 4g back up and voice over cloud ip, Broadband speeds are better than expected,
Customer service 5*****
ordering service 5*****
new hand set easy to use and set up 5****
4 G back up Tested works well 5*****
setting up the kit is very easy, the swop over from the old land line phone to Cloud was automatic and just worked, all in all a good experience with the added cost savings of our mobile's within the packege,

I have BT broadband which I have to say is a thousand times better than the previous provider. I saw an offer for a family deal for mobiles and the price was just brilliant. Really, significantly cheaper with more 'given'. So, myself and my two boys received the sims yesterday. Easy-peasy to port numbers across and today all 3 phones working on BT. Stronger signal as well with 3 bars. I don't have any link to BT but I'm well happy with the service, the price and how easy and simply it was to migrate all our numbers to a BT sim. So, my review of it all is 'Well pleased' ! very glad I did it….

I would give this review zero stars if I could. Being on hold for 25 minutes before anyone answers the phone. Then being connected to 3 different people all of which then put you on hold. Our phone line was repaired but then broke again within a half hour of the engineer leaving. When I tried to explain this my online account told me that I was happy with the service. Tried to call again today and waiting for another 35 minutes to talk to someone….. shockingly bad.

Where do i start, local business team have now refused to talk to me because i dare ask why their service is so bad. We have had lost numbers, missing numbers, broadband not swopped over, when numbers have been ported they were all wrong, and NO ONE wants to help. DO NOT BUT THIS SYSTEM. if i could give minus starts i would absolutely Shocking

Shocking at the poor and incompetent customer service, broadband at my business was disconnect on 15th Sept (result of a technical glitch on their part), after contacting 'Fault' team for almost 17 days this is still not resolved and all I got was false promises. I am so sick and tired of this I don't know what my options are now.

I am sorry to read these awful experiences. Mine is slightly different as I haven't signed up in the same way, but it does show them to be utterly incompetent.
For at least a couple of years they have been sending me random texts and emails containing PIN numbers, orders for Voice Cloud which I have never made and urging me to contact them to progress an order. I assumed these messages were scams or phishing exercises and ignored them. But reading these reviews it is clear they are are an example of how bad BT's systems and customer service are.

I鈥檝e just had the worst experience with telecommunications ever . When I needed a service for my patients to get in touch with me BT pushed me into a cloud agreement and after a month of never answering my calls or ever getting back to me I left . They charged me 拢4800 for a non service and told constant lies . I鈥檓 working with Ofcom but just don鈥檛 even consider it .

BT Mis sold us this ghastly cloud system – a pushy salesman from BT local business persuaded our secretary that we needed this system when all she asked for was to cancel 2 of our 4 phone landlines
This commission salesman said we would save money. Our secretary has little IT experience and agreed we are now apparently locked in for 5 years at huge expense as he told her we needed a whole mass of kit and calls we Simply do not need.
It is a complete disgrace all we want is 2 basic landlines and our broadband which we were very happy with – the Cloud system cost is huge
We shall do everything we can to get out of this which amounts to a scam
BT needs investigating

BT business cloudphone is a nightmare. AVOID. Calls dropped inexplicably, calls barred inexplicably, impossible to reach anyone who can do anything about it. Heroic people in the Whatsapp call centre (whats that about?) and the tech teams are standout exceptions but you have to devote an hour to getting hold of them..and they cant seem to do anything about it!

My partner asked BT for a package providing good broadband to handle online food orders and credit card payment machine and a landline for Indian takeaway. He is not an IT expert and therefore did not know a cloud system from a bar of chocolate (not unusual I think). The system worked fine for the first 3 weeks then the broadband and landline failed. He spent 4+ hours on his mobile phone to BT, On the 8th day of having no service at last an Openreach engineer who knew what to do and got us up and running. We were mis-sold this system as we do not require a cloud based system and he commented he goes to many jobs where he sees the customer has been sold something they do not need. A simple landline and fibre broadband is all we need. I would not touch BT again with a barge pole and we are going to our best to get out of this 24 month contract but of course are mindful of the fact BT could screw our business up if we can move to another provider. Shocking support from BT.

Honestly the worst most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. If I ran my business in the same manor as you run yours I would not be trading. Messing up the names and personal info on a contact, never calling back when arranged, rude office staff (which I understand all things considered at the moment), lack of empathy, sending bills for early termination of a contact you messed to which I re-contracted anyway in the right name and generally being the worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with is not the way to treat your loyal customers. Sales are great at chasing, getting in touch and emailing back but as soon as you have the sale the contact stops. I would suggest you avoid BT at all costs. I have been stressed and pulling my hair out trying to sort this and spending hours on the phone is not something I wish to continue. I will be seeking legal advice as to what I can do as they should not keep getting away with this. Feel free to get in touch with me if you can actually be bothered to sort this out.

Simply awful as usual. I took out a business account, so for some reason they set up the account in my sister's name with an email address she does not have access to and then refused to speak to me when I tried to get it sorted out. She then had to spend hours on chat and the phone to resolve it. I still don't have access to the static IP address that was the only reason I switched to them in the past, and seemingly no way to get in contact with them.

I bought a fibre upgrade and was assured a seamless switchover. I was within contract of 80mbps but went to 300Mbps and was told that I could end my contract early because I was increasing my spend.

Fibre itself is great. I have 300Mbps but this is now the third month that I am fighting the original bill that keeps coming. I have wasted hours on the phone. Each time I have a sympathetic call handler who goes through ALL the details and confirms that the original contract should have ceased on the day the new one started. Each time I am assured it will be taken care of.

The last time I spent over 90 minutes explaining everything again, I was told it was dealt with and I will 鈥榙efinitely鈥?not have to worry. Today, yet another bill turns up 拢200+ for a line that should exist anymore and no charges are due as I鈥檓 now also paying for the new service.

I also pay for a static IP address and they managed to lose that in the process of switchover too… which would have been ok if I was informed and given a new one… but no, it just disappeared and all my cctv access failed without notice.

BT is shocking. Absolutely appalling. I am sure tomorrow that I will spend another 90 mins talking to someone who will be friendly and apologise and assure me that it won鈥檛 happen again… meanwhile, they keep taking money out of my account and failing to rectify anything.

If it is at all possible to use another provider, I would advise that you do.

The past reviews tell you everything about BT and it鈥檚 operation.
Just received a mobile bill….but I don鈥檛 have a mobile account with them!
Impossible to contact. Waited an hour.
As long as everyone who despises this outfit continues to shout from the rooftops how bad they are, nothing will change.
I for one will be pulling my business account away from them very shortly. Absolute disgrace.
Government please stop them and take control.

Posting here too, as BT seem to have a plethora of companies called "BT …" and none of them seem to talk to each other. I cannot say anything more than has already been said. Suffice as to say, BT Business support and their service is shocking to the point it could be classified as fraud. But things are looking up, OfCom and the Communications Ombudsman have accepted my case. I would highly recommend to anyone that finds themselves in a continuous loop of inaction and spurious charges for services that are not rendered to contact the Communications Ombudsman on 0330 440 1614. Never ever buy from them, you have been warned! Classic case; Internet drops; call support 45 minutes minimum; send OpenReach engineer; close call so their SLA Times are not affected; then bill you for 拢200+; rinse and repeat. They do not even confirm the OpenReach Engineer's findings anymore, why, because an SLA Breach is a cost to them!

If you are thinking of moving to BT Cloud Voice, don't do it! This company is an absolute joke. Nothing works properly, they don't get back to you, they don't honour anything they say they are going to do, in the process they have disconnected my BT Red Care alarm system having specifically agreed many times this would not happen. No training on the system. No one to speak to. The bill is more than agreed in the contract. The list goes on and on. Oh and when you can get through to some one they're in the philippines and have no idea – no idea at all. Absolute abysmal.

Dishonest, incompetent, fraudsters, ignorant, uneducated . Just a few adjectives that perfectly describe BT business.
As a business owner I BEG YOU NOT TO USE BT BUSINESS. You will lose time, money, sanity, patience and all hope of satisfaction. The entire organisation should be dissolved.
