Left my phone at home and quick thinking had to use a BT payphone to arrange a meeting, the first phone didn't work but the one next to it did, it cost 60p for a half an hour call to a landline which is equivalent to 2p per minute. I reported the faulty payphone to the BT payphone customer services centre on the number displayed inside the kiosk (0800661610) you can also email them too.
They fixed the phone within 24 hours. So overall a fantastic service for life's little emergencies, just a shame that only a small number of BT kiosks have wifi too.
