This company is not honest- they charged us double at the counter with their offer Surprice in Lisbon with the excuse that we did not have the correct type of credit card. We presented 4 different types of credit card including visa & mastercard.
We waited 1 hour in line because of the customers before us with the same situation
They are scammers and I recommend avoiding this platform if you want to avoid false pricing.

SCAM COMPANY – THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDITCARD AND NEVER GIVE YOU A CAR.

Seriously, prevent yourself from renting with these people. They never pick-up nor respond to e-mails. They charge your credit card but will never arrange a car for you.

I wouldn't be surprised if the 'positive experiences' listed here are their own to compensate for all the real negative experiences.

HELP YOURSELF: DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND WARN OTHERS.

Unresponsive, unhelpful, bad service. Online customer portal does not work, so impossible to change your booking after you've made it. Do not rent from BSP Auto.

Most rubbish rental car company ever ,i rented a car pay the money then they sent me the pick up location where I didn't want it, i cancelled it immediately, i didn't get the half of refund. Scammer!!!!!!!!!

A nightmare. Never again. Beware if you dare to try. They have ruined our holidays and it could have happened to anybody.

A week ago an email from them stating a problem with the credit card and a number to call. If I didn't try 30 times I didn't try any. Never an answer. We could simply not contact them.
Today morning, an email in french saying reservation is cancelled. Ciao.

At our arrival to airport, cancellation confirmed, we have no car and no explanation. Prizes are 6 times higher now so we just cannot afford anything!
Please stay away.

Ah, we'll go the legal way with them.

Now and never again. Booked a car on bsp-auto.com and they charged me full price immediately and issued me the voucher. When I got to the airport and went to pickup the car with Hertz, they told me they don't have any cars available. Nothing. They said the same thing to other 3 clients who were before me in the queue. Also, they refused to issue me written confirmation that they don't have any cars, but they said they are in financial problems and they reduced their fleet by 90%. They just said to go back to Bsp auto and ask for refund.
Now, why BSP Auto wasn't aware of that and why they do business like this? How can they charged me for a car from the supplier who has no cars? Do they have some insight in suppliers' fleet before they issue you the voucher and take money??

When I was on the airport I tried to get somebody on the phone from BSP Auto, on the number listed on my voucher:

Mon-Fri : 8am-8pm – Sat/Sun : 8am-7pm
Nobody answer. That was Tuesday 3 PM. Took me 10 attempts to get someone after 3 hours. Even then, that person was impolite and just told me that he will send me email on which I should reply and describe my situation. Email was, of course, in French.
I replied to that email, described everything and asked for full refund because I couldn't get any car. No reply. I sent another email day after (today when I'm writing this review). No reply. I tried to get somebody on UK number 020 7373 7354 several time during the day – they couldn't answer my call (automated message). I left voice message – nothing. No reply.
This was the first and last time I had any business with this company. Never again.

**** Update 11/07/2020 ****
After few emails with them I still didn't get any answers except that they cannot reach Hertz. I placed official complaint to ECC authority in the country where I'm resident.

Finally I got refund from BSP Auto. Full amount.

Great and friendly customer service! I've booked the car late at night for the next morning. The response time for the chosen car rental agency was too long as we've booked it for early morning. They reserved the car with another rental company right away. Same price but actually a better deal! Thank you.

Stay away,
Did not have an rental desk at the airport. Had to walk around a car park looking for a rental person with a company logo on the bag for over an hour. Once i found him he told me that im to late and that he rented the vehicle to someone else. The i was assaulted by the rental guy because i filmed him as proof that i attended to try and get a refunded. If i was able upload the video i would.

We booked and paid for a convertible car through GotRentalCars and when we arrived at Tampa airport we were told by Sixth (the car rental company) that they had run out & the only car they could give us was a Kia (a car that cost 50% less than the one we paid for)… It was 10.30pm, we had travelled for 20 hours, the GotRentalCars office was shut to ask for advice, the Sixth car rental person was very unhelpful with zero empathy and we needed to get to our accommodation which was over an hours drive away. We took the Kia & called GotRentalCars the following day, they said they would look into it and promised to call us back but never did. We followed it up when we got back to the UK and asked for a refund on the total car hire cost (as they have broken their contract by not supplying a car in the same category e.g. a convertible of any kind which impacted our holiday). We are still waiting 3 months on for a solution. I have chased them numerous times to be told they were waiting for Sixth to come back to them. It appears GotRentalCars is part of bsp-auto.com as their customer service have got in touch today. Apparently Sixth response is that because we took the Kia car, they weren't willing to give us a refund because we used their service!!!! They offered us a free upgrade voucher for future booking!!!! We would NEVER use Sixth again, so why on earth would we want a voucher! Since, when is it ok to pay for a hire car that costs 拢370 and get one that costs 拢170 and be refused a refund (we haven't even been offered a refund on the difference between the two car rental prices!!!)鈥?Utterly disgraceful… We travel regularly overseas (twice a year to Florida) and have never experienced anything like this… DO NOT USE them they are fraudulent by breaking their own contracts/terms, offer horrendous customer service and zero resolutions.

AVOID, this company doesn鈥檛 deserve 1 star. They are scamming customers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Total rubbish. Please let's do something against them!!!! We have to help other people not to be scammed!!!!!
