The order was declined on one card so I used a different card to pay and then next day went to account to track the order and saw 2 orders and no tracking information available. So clicked "contact us" and all that was available was a message window. The response said "your message has been received. You will hear from us within the next 48hrs."
Two days later, no response came so I sent another message to them and told my mom about it, her card was declined and the 2nd order showed as processed in the account. She called CHASE VISA and told them what was going on and they said "oh yes, we are very well aware of them. We have been getting multiple reports on them."
I called my bank, which I used my debit card to make the purchase the second time and now my bank is filling out an affidavit on them with the request that I be reimbursed the money. My mom and I both have had to order new cards and cancel the ones used.
