As a developer we have on many occasions used Bosh as our product of choice however in our last development where we have well over 100 appliances there has been a high instance of failure accros appliances some failing multiple times in there initial guarantee period but adding further frustration repairs are taking so long we have one at the moment that has taken over 8 weeks to repair a dishwasher and I simply don't accept that the delays can be linked to COVID lets face it dishwashers to my knowledge don't suffer from viruses! so I cannot imagine that the incidence of failure has risen due to the pandemic. Anyway, the result is that we are having to replace the product because we wouldn't want our residents not to have the use of a dishwasher in a new apartment for more that 8 weeks. I don't know what is going wrong but what used to be a trusted quality brand, is simply not the case anymore the products are unreliable and the service when they go wrong simply not fit for purpose. Buyer be aware this is not the product you were buying three to four years ago that would last 10 – 15 years.

this is the worst experience in my life – never mess with this company, Germany is just words, even a Chinese manufacturer never behaves like that. You buy, but then, if something goes wrong, they will leave you and say that you are some other buyer, or that you are not a buyer from this country,, in general, the quality of the product does not depend from them, and quality depend from which country you live in, a very interesting approach in the 21st century.

My elderly and retired father bought Siemens refrigerator just over 2 years ago. The refrigerator had problems right away with gas and the official Siemens-Bosch service center intervened twice without ever resolving the problem definitively but without ever witnessing my father signaling the refrigerator as faulty to Siemens. Shortly after the 2-year warranty, the technical service had to intervene a third time, again due to the gas problem, but the fridge was no longer repairable.
At that point the Siemens Bosch assistance service instead of reporting the faulty fridge sold a new Bosch fridge to my father for 450 Eur, as shown in the receipt.
He also asked my father to pay another 100 Eur without giving a receipt.
In conclusion, they deceived a poor old pensioner.
I reported all this to Siemens-Bosch customer service, sending all the documentation that proved the fridge was faulty and that my father had been deceived by proposing, as soon as the warranty was over, the sale of a new refrigerator instead of declaring the defectiveness of the product.
I have sent all the documentation that demonstrates the above described, including also the signaling of collection of 100 Eur additional without receipt.
They offered to extend the 1-year warranty (20 Euro value). I asked for a 3-year warranty extension (79 Eur value), but nothing. Also because maybe they don't think that their refrigerator won't have problems for 5 years!
I also pointed out that my father paid 100 Eur without a receipt but without understanding why he paid. They told me to go and get a receipt for the 100 Eur, 80 km away !!!
And in any case, after 2 months I haven't seen the 1 year warranty extension yet !!!
I think I will report the incident to the authorities.

Me and my fiance got a new kitchen installed in january 2017 and when looking at appliances we had no doubt about the buildquality of siemens products, but time would show that we were terribly wrong.
Not long after installation our new oven with steam and microwave function made an error on the steamparts, keep in mind this was an oven that cost 鈧?.300 in denmark at the time. However this was fixed under warranty.
Now 2 years and 10 months after installation the on/off touch function is failing on our induction hub and sometimes it shuts off during cooking and goes into alarm mode, the only way to reset is to cut off power to the induction hub and then reconnect.
When I want to turn on the hub i have to press so hard i'm worried about cracking the glass…
The so called "customer service" just flipped me off with the smartass remark that the appliances were only covered for 2 years and then it is the customers problem. That's poor buildquality followed by pisspoor customer service if you ask me.
If is is the way you treat customers I will never buy or recommend Siemens to anyone.

We have bought brand new iq700 series home appliances- washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, heating drawer, two refridgerators/freezers, oven and steam oven in 2015. After few months we bought also iq800 washing machine.
I have got to say, this is the worst kind of home appiances we have ever had. They have errors all the time. All the machines have been in service already. Washing machine multiple times! We get error every week for a full filter, and when we 鈥渃lean鈥?it there is a single piece of cloth inside, not bigger than 3mm!!! It is awful. We have spent more than 10.000 eur for this crap machines 🙁
When we talked to Siemens representative in Slovenia about these problems and specially about the problem we are having with tumble dryer which dries our clothes for 4 hours and they are still wet, they say this is the cost of 鈥淓co鈥?machines and laught at us. Just terrible. Also dishwasher cant clean nothing, we have to first wash everything by hand and rinse it only then it cleans. We have also big problems with washing machine tearing holes in our clothes… We will start to replace this piece od crap machines with Miele after just 4 years of god awful usage.
Never again Siemens, GTFO!
Hope someone finds this helpful

I am so disappointed with Siemens. I purchased a bean to cup coffee machine which cost me 拢1700. Most of my friends thought I was insane spending such a large amount of money on a coffee machine but I always spend lots of money on my products as I want good quality long lasting products. This has not been the case with Siemens, this is the second time I have had an issue with the coffee machine. The first time the water pipes leaked heavily all over my kitchen and into my Siemens microwave. We called for an appointment to get it fixed and we were met with nothing but issues, we were told we would have to wait two weeks for an appointment. The engineer did not ring the doorbell on arrival but instead called my phone ( which I missed as I was on another call) I then had to wait another two weeks for an appointment. When he did finally arrive he did not bother to test the microwave that had got wet from the leaking coffee machine just looked and said its fine. He ordered a replacement pipe for the coffee machine, that took another two weeks to arrive so I was now six weeks without a machine. The coffee machine has broken again, this time it's showing a message to empty drips trays, the trays are empty. As the fault is showing constantly I am unable to use the coffee machine. I have again been on the phone with Siemens who are utterly useless and have offered no quick solution. They want me to email my complaint! I think given the amount of money I have spent on the coffee machine and that fact it is yet again faulty Siemens should offer a replacement. I do not have time to be taking days of work for engineers to come out to fix a coffee machine that is not fit for purpose or of merchantable quality. I have a kitchen full of new Siemens products totally 拢8000. I am a property developer and will not be putting Siemens in any more of my properties due to the shocking customer service and long wait times to get things resolved. There are many other companies who offer much better service and I shall be taking all future business to them.
