We ordered a shed in November. Got confirmation and delivery date. Never arrived. Called the company and had been told that it was a problem with the transport. Waited a few more weeks. Sent more emails and made more calls. Sometimes they answered, sometimes they didn't. The order never arrived. Completely unreliable company.

Brycus. es do not answer their phone or email they take money and as yet no sign of my goods 50 euro badly spent. Avoid if you can.

Ordered garden furniture worth 940 euro on the 11 th May from QeChic.co.uk it鈥檚 owned by Brycus. Took money , got email stating delivery in 7 working days which was 20 May 2020. That day came and went I heard nothing from them. I started emailing them from 26 May every two three days to all emails I could find. Finally on the 15 jun got an email , apologising for delay and cancelling my order. Was told will get reimbursed within few days. 22 jun I emailed again asking where was my refund , again got an apology and was told this will be sorted. On the 29 jun received my refund. Honestly never again. I loved their website and all items they were selling but would never take this risk again. Now I can鈥檛 even get garden furniture as everything nice is sold out or cost nearly 2k. So disappointed with all around service. Happy I got my money back and now don鈥檛 have to worry and stress if I was scammed or not.

Shambles of a company, ordered and paid in full over 鈧?100, one small part of the order arrived 3 weeks ago (鈧?0 piece). The tracking says it was dispatched, I鈥檝e emailed 7 times including a refund request with not even the courtesy of a response.

I ordered items over 鈧?50. They have not arrived. (forecast 10/6 and today 26/6). I have tried everything to contact them for an update – their phone does not work, I emailed them and contacted them via the customer service contact form twice – I tried in English and in Spanish. Absolutely NO REPLY!). Can someone PLEASE reply and tell me if my items are coming or not. It says "not sent to warehouse".

Do avoid this company at all costs! Ordered in May, expected delivery 5th June but still not sent by 25th June. I've sent numerous emails but get absolutely no response! Spoke to my bank and the only option is to recall the money – but that has a cost associated with it. So, stay away from them and buy local! If I get a response I will update my report.

As with everyone else, I ordered from Brycus about 3 weeks ago. We are passed the date of delivery and I have had no responses to my emails (sent well over a week ago). I note that they have changed their website and it looks to be a little more user friendly, so maybe they are trying to deal with the backlog and make it easier to contact them, however, I've not got my hopes up.

Will amend the stars once I have a response and something to review.

Order placed 27th April for seeds and bamboo screening. Got the seeds but still no screening. Emailed 3 times, no phone number (funny that) no response whatsoever!!!!

My order of a compost bin made and paid for in March still has not arrived. (It was an additional bin as the local authority were not collecting garden waste and I'm shielding). The delivery date given was mid April. On the 15 June an email telling me that my order had been despatched gave an invalid tracking number and a post code for the Darlington area not at all near to where I live. I'm hoping that it was sent to a despatch centre and that it will eventually turn up. It is not a company I could recommend at ALL. And after all the LA is now collecting garden waste again! I will update the review if it should arrive…..An update on Monday, 29 June…..the BIN has been delivered today! It was easy to assemble and I'm pleased with it. The Brycus web site and prices are good just a shame that their administration is so very poor.

My husband is 73 years old, for his birthday he was given enough money to buy a Weber BBQ 鈧?25, we ordered 27 May and paid via the bank to poolfunstore of which Brycus appears to be part. We had an email on 2 June from Brycus saying it was out of stock but they did have another Weber which was 鈧?00 euro's more, so we cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I sent three more emails asking when they would issue the refund, their website says 14 days. On 10 June I had an email from them after writing a pleading email to them asking them to please, please, please reply, they said it was with their accounts department, I've emailed since and had no reply, today is the 24 June and still no refund.
I have tried to phone but it just says call later, we are really really worried, my husband has a heart condition so this kind of stress isn't helpful.
I'm hopeful that part of the problem is covid and obtaining supplies and I'm praying this is not a scam. Obviously will update this review if I get the money back.

Placed an order with this lot… order accepted, payment processed, email confirmation etc estimated delivery of 18/6/20…. Nothing delivered so I've had a look and it's apparently "not sent to warehouse" whatever that means !
Checked bank and credit card accounts and now can't see the payment that was taken…. It's as if it never happened and may explain why no delivery. Wouldn't know as they don't reply to emails and don't have a contact telephone number to call them on !!!

Two sun loungers ordered on May 11th with delivery said to be due on May 15th.
Thought that was quick but I waited and I received…..NOTHING
Numerous emails sent asking where my order was but I never even got the courtsey of an acknowledgement.
Today June 21st I received an email saying that they had run out of stock; the manufacturer had said they would not supply them further product; and I will get my money back within 72 hours.
Brycus on the web is now marked as 'PERMANENTLY CLOSED' so I guess that's the end of that.
Let's see if I get my money back or not

My problem is same as everybody else here. Ordered 3 sun loungers 250.23 euro in april. No response to emails phone calls. Is this now fraud. Has anybody got a refund from this company. What can we do about this???

Update from previous review… after 2 months with nothing from Brycus and a1000 euro taken I actually got an email saying that my order was cancelled and that money would be refunded in the next few days. They said they are very busy and understaffed was the reason!! So I'll wait to see if money is refunded..will update when and if I receive it. Would never attempt to buy anything ever again tho.

Ordered 4 piece Rattan Garden Furniture on May 28,delivered today Jun 20. All in perfect condition. Service stated 15-20days delivery time. All in all very happy.

I placed my order on the 1st June for Two sun loungers
estimated arrival date is tomorrow 19th June.
I keep checking my order status it say not left warehouse. I have sent several emails no reply.
I wished I had read reviews before I placed this order.

Ordered bamboo candles and tie clips. Paid 鈧?5. Used debit card the payment did not confirm. I then paid with credit card. I then discovered that the order was made twice. I decided to take both orders. After two months one candle arrived. I am now trying credit card fraud department. I shall complain to Spanish police also. I have failed in my attempts to correspond with anyone. It would appear that this is a very clever scam artist.

Ordered a sun lounger on the 10th of May 2020 鈧?0 something including delivery etc, got a tracking number , to say it had been shipped on the 16th of May, it's now the 15th of June and still nothing i have sent a few emails and no reply, avoid this company !!!!

This is my third update on my order with Brycus for a Karcher pressure washer. As I mentioned in previous reviews, I had no update when I tried to contact their customer service however i eventually received an email from them a few weeks ago saying my order would be delivered mid-June. I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MY PRESSURE WASHER 🙂 In summary we all bought of Brycus because they are cheap. This cheapness comes at a price being poor customer service. all I can say is hang in there and be patient. Your order will be late, you will not get a response from customer service UNLESS THEY HAVE AN UPDATE FOR YOU. However, my experience is that it will arrive! I don't think this company is a con, it just has poor customer service.

Pretty dire,
I know Spain suffered over the last few months, but still, in any case. Brycus, should have stopped purveying goods temporarily if they could not deliver them.

I have sent a contact form and I am waiting on a reply, failing that trading standards and my bank will get involved. Until this matter is resolved I am going to make life difficult for them.

I suggest other disgruntled customers do the same. I will amend this review if appropriate action is taken on the part of Brycus. Until then I recommend people avoid them and shop locally.

Avoid!!!!

Spent 拢215 on 4 trellis. They have ignored every single attempt to contact them. Brycus email, Pedido's email, Jardinista email AND both contact us forms. Took my money on 8th May.
I now have to go through my bank to arrange a charge back.
