Tarnished in a few months. Charm on necklace broke within a year. Would not recommend or buy again.

I bought a mystery gifts because it such a good price I couldn't help it. They sent TWO mystery gifts and TWO extra extender chains. One was To the Moon and Back and the other Pause. She's going in for serious surgery in a month, her dogs sick and old and she's scared. This was so perfect I can't begin to tell you. Bless your hearts. Thank you!!!

I just love this company. They sent me a Beautifully Broken necklace as a gift!! It is breathtaking beautiful!! I cried for two days because of this thoughtful gift and the meaning behind this.

Started looking at rings, and had to put my phone down, came back to it, and recieved a 50% off coupon for my Birthday!! Been dealing with ALOT of stuff, so finding the ring "BROKEN" was perfect!!!

Excellent customer service. About half hour after I purchased, I forgot to make one of the necklace gold for a friend. Their 800# was closed for the day but they had a text option. They texted back right away, unfortunately the order was already shipped out Very fast but they tried. Appreciated the extra effort and great communication.

Very disappointed with the fact that Iv had to pay a customs fee to receive my item and when I asked Bryan Anthony for a refund they have refused and also refused to give me the contact details of their complaints team. If you receive an item with a customs/postage fee you need to refuse the item as you won鈥檛 get your money back

In response to not knowing who I am .. I am a customer of yours and have been mailing Cheryl in your customer care team.. of which after asking for your complaints team details she has stopped responding which is incredibly poor customer service and a customer has a right to complain in any format they choose… of which you have neglected your duty to provide me. The charges are not clear on your website, if they were I would have chosen not to purchase the item and feel this is a severe lack of transparency to your customers. All I am asking is for the refund to be paid to me as this is no fault of my own and I would of hoped that your business would of provided this at minimum as a good Will gesture. I am very disappointed with your lack of customer service

I have made Quite a few purchases through Brian Anthony鈥檚 not only for my daughters but for my mom my sister-in-law myself and other people. I have to say that these dainty pieces may not be luxury quality but they are definitely real quality. I am highly allergic to anything that is not real gold I am even allergic to silver but if it is plated in real gold I do not have an allergic reaction and I can say with 100% honesty that I have never had an allergic reaction from any of Brian Anthony鈥榮 jewelry so I will continue to give these as gifts to buy them for myself as they are meaningful precious and timeless pieces that I believe whoever you gift them to whether your self or someone else can hold onto them as something meaningful and they will last them for years to come.

I originally wrote a bad review for Bryan Anthonys based off of a bad product that I received. They have since reached out and not only refunded my money but sent me a new ring. I have never been taken care of like this from a company before and honestly it鈥檚 changed my mind completely. Good on Bryan Anthonys for going above and beyond.

Living in Europe I knew I would have to pay taxes (you need to pay on everything that comes from outside Europe), but I had to pay 42 EUR taxes on a 35 EUR bracelet… That made the bracelet very expensive, and as mentioned by others, the quality is not worth that. But then again, it is not the company's fault taxes are charged. You basically pay for the note and nice wrapping. After 3 weeks the bracelet hooked on my purse and snapped. If it was good quality the taxes would have been worth it, but as it stands, I would not purchase from again.

EDIT: After leaving this moderate review Bryan Anthony's tried to suggest I never purchased there! They remove/report all non-5-star reviews. Shame on you for trying to be dishonest.

I have ordered many items from them, stella Valle and other similar types of nice looking, but inexpensive jewelry. If you wear it non stop like I do (sleep, eat, shower) in them, then too…u might see changes in colors…I have a few suggestions on this…1. Don't wear it constantly with products thay can cause harm to the finish being applied to your skin. 2. Go buy the sane think in 14k gold if that is the quality you want. 3. This sounds funny but nothing a q-tip and a cab of rose gold rustoleum spray paint cannot touch up. Either spend the money or understand you are not getting a several hundred dollar piece of jewelry. Besides… some of the color changes, much like a great patina on a Louis Vuitton, creates character… not imperfections.

Have seen these advertised for ages and love the concept and story behind them. The messages are really nice and the necklaces are lovely. I have to say customer service did respond quickly when I emailed regarding it taking longer to get here (COVID-19 problems) so can't fault them in that regard. I haven't seen jewellery like this anywhere and the little messages with them make it a great gift to add more meaning. Great concept and design.
When I expressed disappointment they went above and beyond to rectify it, very impressed!
