The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is they have been out of products I needed at the time and slow order processing. Otherwise great company to work with and great products.

Great product…this is my 5th hive (4 from Brushy, 1 from a competitor because Brushy did not have product to ship quickly) and I'm just a first year beekeeper. This last order…timely, shipped quickly, arrived on time. BUT…at the time of order, I clarified that all ordered parts for complete 8-frame hive were there and available (stand, screened bottom board, 2 deep bodies, 1 medium super, 2 hive top feeders, top cover and telescopic cover…plus Hipps Swarm catcher, other items). On order receipt, was disappointed to find that all the deep hive frames were backordered and I have no idea when to arrive. Ordered the hive because "all on hand" but that was not the case….and anticipating a swarm or split shortly. The hive products though ARE the best I've seen…will NOT go back to the other vendor again as, clearly, the Brushy Mtn items are best quality and value.

Their prices are a tad bit better than most other Beekeeping Equipment companies, I only wish they would go back to free shipping to any product(s) over $99.00, because with beekeeping equipment, that's very easy to do, but sometimes $150.00 can be difficult to reach.

Delayed due to back ordered items, called after 2 weeks and was told things would ship the next day. No shipping took place over the next 3 business days. Called they said it could be another week. I expressed dissatisfaction and they pulled from another location that had it in stock the entire time, had items the next day.

Purchased equipment at spring bee conference and they delivered incorrect item and then told me to expect the items in a couple days. Three weeks later I find myself trying to find out where my items are and it turns out they were waiting on some person halfway across the country to ship them back to them in order to ship them to me. Significant delay in much needed equipment and no internal quality tracking to ensure items are shipped after customer experiences issues with missing order. Not happy, probably won't do business with them again. Poor customer service.

I ordered several items, about half of which were backordered (though there was no way to tell that when I placed the order). I called and was told it would be 1-2 weeks to receive everything, which was fine. 2.5 weeks later I鈥檇 received a few more items but not everything, so I called again and was told it would be another 2-3 weeks for the rest. I鈥檓 happy with what I鈥檝e gotten, but had I known it would take this long, I would have shopped somewhere else.

My order was back ordered, but after a week everything came as expected. The quality of the product was as expected. I did receive an item that I did not order,but it was less than $5.00 so it was not worth sending back.

I got bodies and top feeders, and they are great, the only thing is that I think that the wooden hive top feeders should be dipped in the sealant so no painting or staining is needed
