Brunelsurveys

In July this year I was about to buy a small piece of land from the farmer adjacent to my property. My solicitor indicated that I needed a drawing completed to pursue the purchase. I was recommended to Brunel Surveys of Swindon by a local surveyor who was not able to help. A couple of phone calls later, and my supply of an older drawing, and the company provided a very clear drawing having used Ordnance Survey's website. Very prompt service at a very reasonable cost. This week my solicitor stated the need for boundaries to be marked on the plan in a 'printed' style. I had simply hand-written them and apparently this is not acceptable to Land Registry. Back to Brunel on the phone and within 10 minutes they had emailed me a revised plan, with the boundaries marked, at no extra cost. This is very high quality service with a first-class attitude and I cannot recommend Brunel Surveys highly enough.
