I have in the same flat for 15 years….always paid 375kr a month…this yearis have received an extra bill of 2075kr…also they put monthly consumption bill up to 800kr…one thing for sure I will pull my own teeth out than pay this

The worst company…
They sent me an invoice and I don't have any clue what it is.
When I call them or email them they are saying that we installed a new meter on your radiator but they did not do it at all…..

Someone from Brunata called me on the phone a week ago to ensure I would be home yesterday for a service visit. In addition, they sent me a letter, which says I had to be home between 09.30 and 11.30. I took the morning off work to be here.
No service man came! I tried to call the phone number that was on the letter three times, but whoever it was would not take the phone.
I took the morning off work, rearranged meetings and put myself out to suit a time Brunata decided and dictated. Nobody comes, nobody tells me they are not coming, and nobody apologises for wasting my time. Brunata you are a piece of shxt. I reallly hope that we can swap Brunata for something better when we review our suppliers in future. You deserve minus 5 stars on trust pilot.
