I received a product in perfect condition, brand new charger, packed mostly with recycled materials (it is a big plus for me) and the costumer service was fantastic!
There was some waiting time to get the model that I have purchased, so they wrote to me to say that they upgraded me to a phone with double the storage capacity with no extra charge, just so I could receive it soonest possible. I got the phone 3/4 days after buying it online. Just great!
