I bought a car from Browns, 6 months ago. The car should have come with a 6 month warranty, but I never received the warranty documents. I also never received an invoice, confirming that the car had been paid for in full. This is despite multiple emails, WhatsApp requests to the owner of the company and even a recorded delivery letter! I was informed that the owner had, unfortunately been involved in an accident and that this was the cause for delay. However, this company is not a one man operation. They have continued to trade and their website is up to date, so there really is no excuse. Prior to this, the purchase experience had been pleasant and luckily the car has not required any work that would have required a warranty claim, but I simply can't recommend a company that is not interested in you once they have your money.
