I received my tailgate for my chevy pick up only for it to have been damaged during the shipping process. They told me that they were going to have ups pick it up and have a new one sent my way. Ups picked up the tailgate no problem. Fast forward a month later and still no new tailgate and now brothers trucks is claiming they dont have record of my purchase. I am out roughly 600 dollars and still trying to deal with them. Keep your money and stay away from these crooks.

Pretty much what everyone else here says. Don't even bother trying to contact them. Tried every avenue they provide, email, phone, live chat. Nothing. Take your money and run anywhere else.

We order a back sliding widow for our 1986 K3500 online, and it did not show up to our Business address (our ship to address) we waited a few more days and still no parts, I got a phone call from an unknown number which thankfully I answered come to find out it was from a person that bought our old house 6hrs away, he said our parts were there I called Brothers & I was on hold for an hour before I talked to Vernon, he said it was our fault because we didn't changed the ship to address online, the correct ship to address was on our invoice from when we placed the order. Vernon called me a liar and said we would have to pay additional freight to get our part sent to us. I asked to talked to his supervisor, he said to hold on, he came back a few minutes later and said they would pick it up and would he would send a tracking number. I have never received a tracking number or heard back from anyone! Luckily I have an employee that lives down where the part was sent and he picked it up for us. They lost a customer.

I own a hotrod shop. I have spent thousand and thousands of dollars at Brothers. I've kept my mouth shut for years. I've pretty much experienced every one of the complaints listed in these ratings. Glutton for punishment I guess. I have a stack of parts that I have unsucessfully tried to send back. Wrong parts,damaged parts, poor quality parts,terrible customer service, the only thing that they seam to be efficient at is charging your credit card. The "Brothers" need to take some of there advertising budget, pumping themselves up on TV and pay for better employee's, and service after the sale. I want a company I can trust, that I don't have to check every part in every order and every freight bill to see if I'm getting bent over. If I have a parts return , I want to be able to return them. Initially, when they were pretty much the only game in town, they were good. That was years ago. I will admit their web site is slick, just like them. There are other parts places out there—go to them.

was interested in a vintage air system for my 1981 gmc 1500. their website shows a complete AC system for my truck with pictures of a vintage air equipment. one would assume you were buying vintage air right? wrong! these systems have to be configured for each application but there was no way to configure it on the website. so I called 2 times: first time 20 in the cue, 2nd time 17 so decided to use chat. no chat, just can send a message so i did. 2 days and i got a reply which was not helpful and was told i needed to call. replied to PM then another day got a reply same as the first one. I finally decided to call, 15 in the cue so i waited and 45 minutes later got the worst customer servce rep ever. he told me the system i would be getting was an old air system not the vintage air system shown in the pix with the product description on the web page. I said thats deceptive advertizing and he tried to tell me that was a generic pix. when i inquired about which old air system i would be getting he read the product description right off the web page and that i had in front of me which was vague and why i called in the first place. i finally thanked him and got off the line thankful I never pulled the trigger and bought the system. I won't fool with them again.

I have been going to brothers for at ib12 years. The service at the counter has been terrible over the last 5 years. If Mark isn't there walk out. I waited for 55 minutes. 430 till 525. Then I walked out. Lost a customer for a ten dollar part.

I ordered parts from them and one of the parts was on back order. I called in a couple of times and got different stories about what was happening with the part. I had to cancel this order and while I was on with their rep I asked for any promotions or if they could do anything for me for the inconvenience of having a mechanic schedule work on my vehicle and not having all of the parts costing me time and money. Their person told me that this weekend was Memorial Day just use that. Well, they didn't run any promotions for Memorial Day. So, I cancelled my $1500 order I had sitting in a cart after talking with Alex Delgado who said he "would talk with his staff" and did nothing to take care of me.
All of the people that I spoke with, just in general, were cold and kind of $#*!s. I don't think any of them know how to work for a customer. I did take my business to LMC and if you call and send in your DD214 you can get a Military discount.
I will not use them again and if I have to pay more for parts at another business it is money well spent.

Going on a month here in the next day or two and have not received my order. I had contacted coustmer service on 5-8-20 asking for a update the replied the next day say not all of my order was in stock yet and it would be by the 15th and itd ship that day its been two weeks since the 15 still nothing have tried getting ahold of them again only to no receive a response this is ridiculous wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company

Without going into all issues with Brothers Trucks…Don't Buy from them…Lied to cover lies…Never shipped Tailgate for my 67 C10 even said it had been shipped..Charged my credit card…John Sales manager believes he is All Powerful and refused to send tailgate after he read my review elsewhere…Only good thing Steve Flanders one of the owners replied to my email and called me…He allowed me to give all information about the issues…Worse customer service I've ever experienced… Manager John did nothing to keep my business NOTHING…I will never purchase from Brothers trucks again…Ordered same part from LMC parts it was cheaper and I was treated with respect and professionalism…My 67 C10 will be on show scene a bit later than I wanted…But can't wait to share with my custom Car friends the story and frustration of this Encounter…

They charged my credit card, but never sent parts. I then spoke to Alex (manager) who said they were increasing shipping charges by $150 dollars and that I wouldn't get parts unless I paid more despite written confirmed order amount. I filed a FRAUD dispute with my credit card company already and claim with Better Business Bureau. I am sure VISA and BBB will take care of it, but a big headache. Also filed complaint with California state prosecutor. Hopefully other people will get some parts that they already ordered before they are shut down.

Ordered door for a 55 , took almost 4 months. AfterOrdering and waiting 2 weeks I called and they said it was back ordered , took another 4 weeks, it came trashed, waited 2 nd one came trashed lying the hole time, they finally packaged it differently got 3 rd door, they never reimbursed me or took any money off , bad business

STAY AWAY from this company. If they gave out awards for the worst company to deal with, Brothers Trucks would win hands down. I've ordered parts from Brothers' before and had zero issues. I'm assuming all of the positive feedback on this platform are from customers with no issues or they are friends and family of the "Brothers'".
Issue 1: I ordered a set of bumper guards on 10/10/19 and did not receive them until 10/28/19. I had to call them on the 20th to ask where they were. Eight days later, I received them. 18 days total to receive my order of parts that were in stock.
Issue 2; Went to install the bumper guards and the bolts were approximately 3 inches short. I called customer service on 10/30/19 (30-minute wait time) and the person on the phone (didn't get his name) said they would be shipping me out new bolts. Never received them.
Issue 3; Called them on 11/7/19 and spoke with Alex. Another 30-minute wait time. He said he would get with the company that made the bumper guards and get back with me. Never heard back from him. He did say that they were having a lot of employee turnover and had to fire someone the week prior. Assuming it was the person that lied to me the first time.
Issue 4; After not hearing back from Alex, I called them back on 11/12/19 and spoke with Javier. 40-minute wait time. He knew nothing about my issues and I had to explain it to him again. He also said they'd be shipping out new bolts, but typical of this companies' consistent empty promises, I never received them.
Issue 5; Called back on the 19th and spoke with Jaz. 45-minute wait time. As I was having issues, I was following up to make sure all was good to go. He also had no record of any issues and said he'd be expediting some bolts. Again. Nothing.
Issue 6; Called back on the 22st and spoke with Vernon who was actually the most helpful. 40-minute wait time. FYI. I again wanted to make sure we were good to go. Again, no backup notes were taken so I had to explain the issue. I finally just told him to get me a call tag. He did offer me a 10.00 discount to buy new bolts. If they had offered me that option from day one, I would have been happy, but they drew this out for a month's so at that point I was pissed. He understood and promised me the call tag by the end of the day. On the 22nd, I did receive an email from Alex with a note stating that I'd be receiving a call tag.
Issue 7; Day of this writing, December 11th, I still have not received the call tag. I sent out an email to Alex on the 10th asking him to just send me a shipping label and I'll take it to a UPS store and drop it off. Radio silence and 2 months of putting up with their B.S.
I'm really not too sure why this company cannot find competent employees and systems, but working in the industry, it all stems from the top. Apathy, complacency, who knows, but if these processes continue, they will be losing a lot of customers. Me specifically, but I truly believe they don't' care or they would resolve issues that have plagued them for, judging by these reviews, a few years. There are plenty of other companies out there selling the exact same product as Brothers. LMC, Classic Industries, Bobs, National Parts Depot (NPD), Manes Truck Parts to name a few. I've never had an issue with any of them and if I did, it was resolved within 24 hours. The only unique things that Brothers' offers is a headache, frustration, ZERO customer service and a complete waste of time. I wish I could bill them for all the time wasted trying to get one little issue resolved. For all of you having issues, please go through your respective credit card companies as they will assist you in disputing charges. At least you will have some peace of mind.

HOPELESS. I'm based in the UK and ordered parts for my '54 truck. They left some parts out of the order and sent me parts for a truck I don't even have. Unbelievably bad service. I had an email to say the parts had been despatched, yet when I logged in to my account there was no tracking details and therefore couldn't actually tell me wether the parts had been sent. You phone and you have to wait ages on hold (come on Chaps when the phone lines are this busy all the time it means you need more staff on the phones!!!). They only have one chap who deals with overseas orders and if he's off your stuffed and he's hopeless at communicating. Another lost customer Brothers!

Been doing business with Brothers Trucks for years. They sure have gotten terrible. Lousy parts and lying employees. I received a 72 Chevy truck grill that was unusable. They sent me another one which was unusable also. I then ordered one from Summit which came the next day. Very good grill. I called to return them and was told I would receive the UPS return labels by email. Well two weeks later I still haven't received them. After calling seven or eight times and being told they were in the mail, being sent from his own cell phone, all total six different ways. I would say the guy I was working with has gotten lying down to an art form is an understatement!
There are so many places to get truck parts, why use a company that is known for poor part quality and poor customer service (lying employees)?
They will never get another penny from me since they have already ripped me off! Highly recommend never using Brothers Trucks!

Wrong parts when you finally receive them, online chat does not work, cart empties it self every hours, guys that work there cannot give correct info on suitable parts when you cam up.

Have ordered parts from there pieces of $#*! and they never ha e anything in stock, when parts do come in they ne er call you to tell you so your hanging in limbo until you call them back.Dontbuy their aluminum gas tanks for relocation piss poor design. Will be buying. Y parts from another supplier that reliable.

I was told they would accept a return, told to get the return form off their website where there isn't any, got the same customer service person on several occasions (meaning he's the only guy), told he would email me the return form, called again because it was never received, then told it would be snail mailed to me and I'm still waiting for it! (this was over two weeks ago. I know snail mail is slow, but from California to Idaho only takes two or three days.) This company does not keep stock. When you place an order, they order it from another company, alter the package, then send it to you at an increased price. (Brothers, I dare you to tell me you don't do this. I am in possession of a box you did this very thing to!)
Save yourself some trouble and go to LMC Trucks – they're awesome!
