Our group of 3 really enjoyed having Russ as our tour guide. It was wonderful to see the bridges from a unique vantage point, and riding bikes around town was very pleasant. Highly recommend this company!

Friendly and helpful employees at the 110 South St location, flexible return location. The experience was fantastic, would rate "GREAT" except for some equipment issues and map/directions. Gears 2 & 3 on the bike I was using would not engage, skipping from 1 to 4, making it a bit difficult to climb some of the inclines and bridges.
Our tour had us follow the Manhattan bridge towards Brooklyn, then back to Manhattan on the Brooklyn bridge. The bike path to the Manhattan bridge was well marked, however we had some issues getting from the end of the Manhattan bridge to the beginning of the Brooklyn Bridge. I recall seeing signs for Harbour or something else. A map indicating exactly which way to go would have helped.
We enjoyed the experience and would rent from Brooklyn Bridge Sight Seeing again.

Brooklyn bike tour with Stan was fun and informative. Stan was overflowing with knowledge about the history of Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. I really got the sense that he genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. The only complaint – The range of the speaker he wore was insufficient. I could not hear even when riding with only one cyclist between myself and Stan, the guide.

My husband, myself and our 2 girls met up with friends from New Zealand in NY and all being keen outdoor enthusiasts and having bought the New York Passes, decided to do the Brooklyn Bridge Bike Tour with Russ as our Guide.
The tour was fantastic – biking was fun, the group was energetic and although I got hurt when I got spooked by a train while biking across the bridge, and then proceeded to smash my baby finger into the concrete bridge, Russ took great care of me and the group. He calmed me down so that I could finish the tour and helped by adjusting my bike so that the peddling was a little easier, since I was a little overcome and panicked after that.
The tour takes you through some really interesting parts of the city, including Chinatown, and Russ' knowledge and obvious passion for the city and its history are captivating. He showed us some beautiful sights, and his sense of humour made the tour extremely enjoyable. It was the quickest 2 hours of our lives, and all too soon, our tour was at an end.
I highly recommend both the company, Brooklyn Bike Rentals, and their experienced, knowledgeable guide, Russ. I will most certainly do that again if I get back to New York.

Ross gave us personal attention and was such a passionate and knowledgeable guide. If you are not an experienced cyclist, no worries. He kept us on a safe path and kept an eye out for us. Fun tour to Brooklyn… not too touristy either.

Five people in our group and the walking tour started at 9am. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated very well. He had a wonderful background on the history of the bridge and Brooklyn dating back to the mid 1800's. He had occasional politically biased remarks along the way that some may find offensive. It didn't bother us, we found it humorous, but others may not. We enjoyed Mark and would definitely recommend him to others.

I sent an email to Brooklyn bridge sightseeing regarding my tour-briefly, on the day of my tour, Sunday 11/15, which I booked and paid for in advance, the Brooklyn bridge was just reopening after being closed since midnight, and coming from Long Island that was how we had to get to South St.. Therefore, we arrived 6 minutes late for the tour and I was told they already left-sorry. I called Monday and someone named Jack said they would issue me a credit for a future tour, to email them and they would confirm the credit with a return email. I NEVER RECEIVED a confirmation email from them.

First time to New York and it was nice riding in a bike all around I just wish you could take pictures when your actually on the Brooklyn Bridge but you can't well at least not with a tour. Besides that every thing was great tour guy keeps you informed of every thing we are riding through.

I booked the walking tour one day ahead and received a confirmation email and the day it should've taken place I stood in front of a closed office. I called them – answering machine, I rang the door bell – no answer. No reaction at all. I'm glad I payed via PayPal (as deposit!!!!! because I had the New York pass). Hope to get my money back very soon! Unacceptable behaviour! They should have informed me and also others that they've cancelled the tour. Worst experience of my vacation! ;(

We only had 4 ppl in the group (including me) and guide just couldn't manage us at all. He would just cross the street when it was blanking so when I got to bike across the street, it was red light and dangerous. He would just bike without looking back. I fell from the bike and he just biked away. I had to bike crazy to get to where my group was since I was at the end of the line. Service (guide) was horrible. Only thing I like was the view.
