Given my son is a huge fan of Brockman鈥檚 Gin I ordered and paid for a Christmas gift set (2 bottles and a bubble glass) directed from the company to the total of 拢75 on the 27/11/2020. On the 12th December I hadn鈥檛 received anything and contacted them by email. I was emailed back 14th December and informed they would look into the the matter. I heard nothing so on the 19th December I emailed again, they replied on the 21st December and was told they had chased up their delivery team and there was a delivery attempt on the 1/12/20 and a card was left. I emailed back saying no card had been left but if they could tell me who the delivery company was I would be happy to chase. I then got an immediate response asking for my address so that they could check if it matched the address they tried to deliver too. So I waited thinking they鈥檒l email to say they鈥檒l redeliver and again heard nothing! I emailed once more on the 23th December to say I was now desperate and this was a Christmas present for my son… but still nothing!!
On the 29th December (my son had no present on Christmas Day from his mother) I emailed my last email it read: –
Hi
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas given the current circumstances.
Could you please advise on my order, or would it be better for me to request a refund, my choice would be for you to redeliver as I have told my son and his wife their favourite Gin is caught up in the Christmas post.
