All the plates were missing screws and pieces.

Customer service was very nice when I called. Quality of product is as described…the reason for 4 stars is that I thought the holder and business card holder was one unit but 2 different pieces. The card holder has to be attached with self tape on the back of it. I wish hardware was included.

Fast shipping and the product is very nicely made. The quality is better than I expected.

I ordered two of the same item and they did not include all the hard ware needed to put both of them together. I was not happy but Diamond explained that although the item(s) were now out of stock, she would research and call me back. Less then four hours, she called me back and the hardware is now being shipped. I am so impressed with the customer service I received I would recommend this company!

The shipment of our product did come on two different days, which meant that we had part of the brochure stand on Friday and didn't get the other part until Tuesday. However, when I called the company, they answered me right away and I got to talk to an actual person. They let me know about the shipment and when I could expect the other portion to arrive. It arrived on the date that they stated and the brochure holder was easy to assemble and looks nice. I would work with this company again. Their staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
