I ordered 5b chips from Brochips.net days ago and never received them. They had me sign up to Coinbase using my credit card and send them $85 dollars to some "bitcoin wallet". I followed their instructions and sent the money. The person on chat, Tom, told me to wait while he confirmed the transaction. Fast forward a half hour and he told me it's still "confirming" whatever that means. Finally 45 minutes later I lost patience and left the site and contacted my credit card to get my money back. These people are unprofessional at best and dishonest at worst.

I paid $100 USD for a package of zynga poker chips from the website Brochips.net. Shortly after sending payment I informed the person on the Live Chat that payment had been completed. They told me "ok wait while we confirm". 10 Minutes goes by, 20 minutes goes by…I ask what's going on and, again, I'm told "just wait". Finally after almost 50-60 minutes of sitting around I demanded that they either give me the chips I paid for, or refund my money. The person on Live Support's response to this was simply "lol", right before blocking me and booting me off the site. I have not received any refund of my money and will be pursuing this matter through my credit card company to get my money back.

I paid for my chips from Brochips but noone would deliver them to me. I went on chat to speak to someone and was told I would not be getting my chips by a guy who calls himself Tom. I'm not sure how to get my money back but I will be contacting my bank.

So I paid $63 to some guy on the Brochips.net site with broken English named "Tom". He told me to hold on because he was delivering to someone else. I waited almost 30 minutes and when I politely asked him how much longer it would take he used foul language in chat and told me I wouldn't be getting my chips. When I asked for a refund he said I wouldn't be getting that either and blocked me from talking in chat again. These people are unprofesional and dishonest, beware.
