My bank has checked and there was no rejection of payments
They don't care and listen to customers

Phone calls are declined by saying that people are being busy – it means that you do not have enough people to give support. Online access to transaction record and payment receipts are not promptly sent – travel reimbursement process is delayed by multiple months. You possibly do not understand that you are doing a good job of encouraging people to other solutions and discontinue yours.

I need an option to put "zero-star" for this company.
