Hour long hold times for assistance with phone issues. Tried online chat via my portal. Told to call a number. Called and was transferred 2 or 3 times then told to call another number. Been on hold for 45 minutes. Total time expended -1 hour 10 minutes so far. This is just one of several less than pleasant experiences with windstream/kinetics/broadview. Thinking of switching to cable, but our local provider is even worse.

As a long Time trusted consultant in the Hosted VOIP Space, Broadview Networks and their Flagship Officesuite service and support has been excellent, with praises being received from our many customers over and over. I have been working with Broadview for almost 10 years now, and I give them an A+ from the newly designed very easy to use Officesuite Management Portal, professional installation, and project management, to post implementation support.

The Billing Inquiry team of Broadview Networks is the most amazing one I have ever heard of. My client for web development initially made a contact with their billing department because of some questions that he had for a contract on the service. The nice customer service agent so graciously offered to open an inquiry for him. Within 24 hours, he got a return call and from that point on, everything went smoothly. My client is very happy and is even thinking of upgrading his services to include their OfficeSuite phone system once he gets more customers.
