I ordered a new netgear router which quickly arrived, but the box was already open, had missing contents, and netgear said the router had already been registered. Yep, broadbandstuff replaced it with a replacement, but ignored my requests for them to refund my cost to return the second hand router.

Like others I placed an order for an item listed as "in stock" only to find out 24 hours later that they don't actually have any and that the item is now discontinued. Again like others they have taken payment from my card for goods they never even had!

Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Bought a Fritz!Box from them, unfortunately didn't work for me, so I asked a RMA code. Till then they are normal as other companies. However after I sent the item by post (tracked delivery and can see they signed), I haven't heard anything from them. Tried to contact by email which they authored me the RMA code with no luck. Phoned them several times but no one answers – I even doubted them that they are using the caller display function to identify me and not picking up my calls.

Avoid if possible. Terrible customer service, especially on returns.

I ordered an item through Broadbandstuff that they didn't have in stock and had no plans to restock (so why advertise it on your website??). They contacted me to tell me they couldn't supply, offered a number of alternatives at much higher cost that were far cheaper on Amazon and wouldn't price match. I told them I would not be buying from them and we left it at that.

My credit card statement arrived today and they went ahead and charged my card!!! I've had to ring my card holder and have them intervene.

Avoid people, take heed. Avoid!

This is the first time I have ordered from Broadbandstuff. I ordered a router in the middle of Thursday afternoon and received it early Friday morning. I don't order a lot of technical stuff normally, but wanted to say Well Done on the service, wish more suppliers were as good.

As an ISP we use BBStuff on occasion when ordering routers for new/existing customers. Their staff are always pleasant and professional (especially Sam on Sales) and deal with our orders very efficiently. We always opt for next day delivery and apart from on one occasion that has always proved to be the case. We always get courier confirmations and a note to say when the router has been received by the customer.

This is the third time I have used 'Broadbandstuff' for my needs and I have always been dealt with in a most proffesional manner. They have always promised me next day delivery and that is what I received on each occasion. The sales staff are always very courteous, extremely knowlegeable and helpful. Top marks. Highly recommended.

I needed a USB adapter urgently. OnThursday, I ordered a Linksys WUSB600N Wireless-N Dual Band USB Adapter. The web site said it was in stock. I paid for next working day delivery. It did not arrive. When I telephoned on Friday afternoon to chase it, I was told they had no stock but had received some today and I would get it on Monday. This landed me in deep sh*t. When I told the clown I was talking to this, he said "Sorry about that". "Sorry about that" doesn't hack it. I will never deal with these people again, and I suggest you don't.

Just received my goods from Broadband stuff and have to say I am very impressed.
I had a requirement for a wireless router and with a limited budget they gave me very good advice and did not try to sell me something that I did not need at a high price.
The sales guy promised a next day delivery (I processed the order with him at 4pm) and he stayed true to his word, it arrived the following day at 10.30 AM.
I am impressed by the overall experience as a customer and would definitely order off them again!
